Thought I'd treat myself as I have a cold and decided to get spicy food. I was so disappointed. The naan and rice were just ok but the curry itself was luke warm, bland and the consistency of tomato soup.

Delicious food here, it's worth trying anything you set your eyes on from the menu. We had mushroom chilly, okra fries, paneer Shashlik and Prawns masala. We overestimated our hunger and had to pack some of it, but loved all of it..

This is by far the best Indian around. The food is delicious and extremely well priced. We go regularly with friends & family and it never disappoints!

Really great food - high quality, rich flavours, definitely a cut above the average. The dishes were all expertly prepared, spiced and seasoned; great quality meat and vegetarian options. So so good!

we ordered take out via just eat ( this was our first food order from this restaurant ) we ordered poppadoms & chutneys nice, crisp fresh & lots of chutneys, 1 portion seemed to be 2 or 3 each broken into around 4 pieces we enjoyed these Chicken korma, was nice thick, creamy, mild yet very tasty with the most juiciest of chicken pieces and a good portion size this was a hit. Chicken rogan josh again nice tasty, a little spice, juicy chicken, not to thick good portion size, was a little disappointed for it just be chicken & sauce, usually we get peppers & onions in this dish from other restaurants but apart from this it was a really good choice. Pilau rice was again amazing, good portion size, easy enough to share really tasty, fragrant, fresh & the rice grains were loose rather than stodgy which i prefer Chips were of the frozen variety but surprisingly really tasty, seasoned, nice a crispy rather than normal soggy you expect form take outs Butter nan bread was a slight disappointment, not very big maybe side plate size, very thin & rather soggy but tasted ok over all it was a really good meal, we enjoyed it & certainly will order again

Me and my grandma came for food here as a treat and loved it. We tried the boatman fish curry and rice and it was gorgeous, fish was cooked to perfection and the curry was delicious. Service was extremely fast and helpful and the inside is very nice. Highly recommend!

Bombay nights is now our go-to for curries. Good quality food and good service. Not greasy like more established Macc restaurants.

10/10 best Indian food we have ever had. I had the veg kolhapuri it was delicious and spicy. Very nice relaxed atmosphere and the staff were very helpful and polite. I would definitely recommend to dine in because it’s always a nice experience. It’s our new favourite restaurant. Thanks

only one word review don't buy anything from this place at all/ I bought chicken biryani and aid 8.50 pounds thinking atleast it will be ok, but its a disaster, no taste, no quantity, waste of 8.50 pounds.

An evening of highs and lows. Some of the food, particularly the veg/vegan choices were inspiring. The beetroot, paneer and lentil dishes were lovely. I really enjoyed the chicken and saag, but the beef and cod cheeks were underwhelming. Although I appreciate the ‘served when it’s ready’ policy we ended up being there from 7.15 until 10pm. Drinks took an age to order and we asked for the bill three times. We were going to order desert but gave up waiting. Some of the dishes arrived cold… which was a little annoying when we sat looking at them going cold on the counter. One of our orders was forgotten, so the 12.5% service banged on and the delays was a little presumptuous, but the overall quality of the food was very good so we paid. It was a traditionally busy night of the week so the service felt under-staffed. Can’t fault Sunitha the chef for her hospitality and inspired menu ideas; just feel she needs a bit more support to pull it off. Will visit again and would recommend as the dishes that work are wonderful

Appayon is consistently fantastic. I regularly have take aways and occasionally eat in. I’ve never had a poor experience. Always friendly staff and the Currys taste delicious. I would happily recommend this restaurant as being one of the finest curry restaurants around. Thank you Appayon.

I ordered chicken jalfrezi, phall hot with extra green chillis. The flavour was full with good body and plenty of heat... excellent, thank you. More green chilli next time please 👍🏼

Made an order for a specific time but delivered it early as I had then said to delivery driver it was early then returned the same food but seemed like they warmed it up and returned the same order as within minutes of serving the food it was cold especially with it being prawns then didn't feel well the next day. Never returning as was a waste of money.
