The best restaurants serving Indian food in Marconi Chelmsford East of England

It’s now my favourite Indian restaurant in Chelmsford. I’ve been here twice now and both times the food had been delicious and the service excellent..Each time I’ve had the Nadan Chicken curry and it’s been spot on. The waitress also recommends the Paratha bread which is a must. The inside decor or the layout isn’t trying to be over fancy but it doesn’t need to be as the food and choice of dishes is what makes it so special. So definitely a bit different from your standard Indian restaurant and menus and I would highly recommend…

A group meal at the Rose of India a party of 7 and all our food came out together. Really good service and the food was nice and hot and well presented. Everyone enjoyed their food and experience.

Watery curry and cold rice. lacking depth. The naan was fine.

Saag chicken was so spicy my family couldn’t eat it .. not the usual good food
