Saag chicken was so spicy my family couldn’t eat it .. not the usual good food

Not sure what’s happened to this take away - food portions small - rice 3/4 full - popadoms soft - madras smoky flavours- butter chicken more a masala- over all 4/10 - onion bajji burnt and very small - and above all cold - not good at all compared to previous orders.

That’s the worse lamb tikka in the whole world …. This standard might be acceptable for English people but not for an Asian who eats and loves curries. Very poor.

Onions in the curry tasted off. Meat tasted like it was cooked yesterday. The only thing that tasted fresh was the naan. £15 for a leftover curry. Great.

£1195 king prawn madras = load of sauce with 3 prawns - laughable order from here loads having second thoughts now - Avoid

Lateness was fine due to traffic, good was not cold, just not as good as it used to be. The pasanda used t9 be the best, but is not that nice anymore.

Usually the food from here is really good. Unfortunately, tonight it wasn’t. Food was warm, portions were small, the special dish was disgusting and basically inedible and the hike in price means we will not be ordering from here again.

Impressed with delivery time but disappointed with the dhaal curry I ordered.

Starter was very greasy. The masala wasnt to my taste very watery. SIde dishes were ok

Tikka Masala was lacking usual sauce. Ordered Pilau rice, got plain boiled. Peshawar Naan was cold and greasy with a tiny bit of coconut. Driver rang both bells and chapped my letter box within 25 seconds and when I said how much that was, said I was rude. Won't be returning

First problem- Missing poppadom, I called restaurant and they refused to send out missing food, claiming I should just get a refund on deliveroo instead- terrible customer service, not even an apology. Onion bhajis are black, burnt and inedible, the chicken pasanda is over cooked and tough, as well as the chicken curry. I would like a refund in full. WILL NOT USE AGAIN EVER

The Naan bread was very doughy and not cooked enough. Was 20 mins late being delivered.

Been living chelmsford for 3 months and been unable to find a curry takeaway to my liking. So glad I ordered with this takeaway today. All the food ordered was delicious will def be my regular 😋

Sag aloo was missing and replaced with something that had DL written on the top, we had all the condiments for popadoms but no popadoms. Just a shame as used to be the one Indian in the area you could rely on

King prawns overcooked and curry was watery.

The curries we had were very watery and not much taste. The vegetable rice was not as expected. The onion bahjis were strange. Tbh, a bag meal from a supermarket would’ve been nicer. Don’t recommend.

We don't usually order Indian food unless it is South Indian because we are always disappointed. Pleasantly surprised today by our order. I've never had a takeaway so piping hot before. The food tasted good ( not as good as mine lol but ok) and not too spicy which my children appreciated. The chapattis were soft and so hot. Definitely worth it!!

Worst Indian I’ve ever experienced. Second order here first missed two items promised they’ll add them to the next order. I tried getting them added the manager himself rudely told me he won’t add them (broke a promise) after placing my order. Food came, was spilt in bag and also cold. The food it self tasted awful. Restaurant doesn’t want to know. Had to contact just eat for a refund!

Appalling overall service, then when I called to complain was laughed at and called a c****. Do not use this restaurant am going trading standards and going to chelmsford food hygiene standards.

I ordered the Tikka Masala, Chicken and it was so watery! The sauce had no substance to it as it was just water. I have a video of it just to show how bad it was.

Their website says open but they are not. They still take payments but they are CLOSED. We ordered a takeaway tonight, when it was half an hour late, I drove to the restaurant, only to find they are CLOSED. FULL STOP. PERIOD. We will contact our bank in the morning to get our money back. As usual... Shameful business

Nice food but a little cold by the time it was delivered. But probably a few deliveries to make and due to address possibly not high up the list.

Ordered Onion Bhaji, Chicken Korma, Tikka Hariyali, Pilau Rice and Tropicana Ice Cream. They had run out of Tropicana and offered a refund or a Hazlenut Icecream at point of delivery. All was very tasty except the Korma which was unusually runny and a bit bland. There was also a small red pot of sauce that was delicious but I wasn't sure what it was for. The Tikka Hariyali was divine, and would recommend it completely.

I love the food from Rangeela and often am very please however this time I was quite disappointed as my keema naan contained only one small chunk of the meat right in the corner of the bread!

Ordered a takeaway tonight online, I collected the food so was meant to be £25 (35% off) instead they charged my card £38.50. On the phone they said they was going to refund me when I arrived and charge me the correct amount. I got to the restaurant and they insisted I hadn’t paid even though I showed them my bank transactions proving this, the man at the desk insisted I had to pay again even though I had already overpaid and was very rude. Do not go to this restaurant!! Save your money and go elsewhere!

The curry was REALLY watery, but flavour was ok. Was hot.

One item was missed off the order, but after a phone call it was dealt with in a very friendly and professional manner and a refund was processed immediately. The food was nice, but didn't think the flavour or intensity of the dishes were as good as other restaurants I have eaten at.

I always order from here and until tonight Iv never had an issue. The food has always been outstanding in flavour and quality. But something was off tonight, rice was full of water, my usual meal was bland and tasteless. I hope this is just a one off because there’s no other decent places left
