The best restaurants serving Indian food in South Holland East Midlands

I was in a Dubai Michelin star indian restaurant last week. My experience was absolutely superb. However my experience last night in Spalding was certainly equal to, if not better, than Dubai. The food quality for all courses for my wife and I was fantastic. Possibly the best Lamb Madras I have ever tasted. Thank you Gurkha Oven !

Foods nice but wont be going again.

The food was excellent and was able to bring our own drinks which is usually the biggest portion of the bill. Great choice on the menu and staff very helpfull is describing each dish. Parking easy acrss the street or behind the Co-Op.

The food taste good, good quality doner meat, trouble is for how much you pay the quantity was NOT there, a large doner meat and chips looked like it might fill a 10 year old...and for £7.40 I expect better. won't be coming here again unless we are on a diet

We know sam very well he's a good genuine person and very polite and well mannered he's always been so kind and thoughtful when we have ordered from spice express even in hard times and I would highly recommend spice express and sam will always be there to help and loom after his loyal customers. 😀

Had a takeaway from here and it took well over an hour and the food was awful and bland, very poor won't order from here again!
