The best restaurants serving Greek food in Plymouth South West

We have been here a few times, but since moving away have missed the place. Over 1 year on and it somehow managed to get even better than before. Highly recommend the Porterhouse!!! A fantastic place to go, but make sure you book or you'll miss out and end up salivating through the window as you have been forced go eat mushy greasy chips from somewhere else.

Went out with girls from work for a meal food okay but we was so so rushed as soon as our starter was out and we dint even finish our mains was out and the bill was all wrong they don't let you all pay separately the staff have a attitude problem and we was made out to be like we dint know what we was paying for so we told them and had stuff added to our bill that was not ours 100% would not go back unless the staff attitude would change.

I spent the evening in Plymouth at this Greek restaurant and it was a good choice; Was welcomed by pleasant and service-oriented staff and was quickly assigned a table and menu. I asked about Tzatziki and pita bread for starters - it wasn't on the menu, but was quickly arranged and tasted excellent; quite sharp with a lot of garlic 👍👍👍 For the main course I chose Kleftiko; a large portion of very tender lamb with good side dishes. For the food I chose a large glass of Argentinian Malbec EVERYTHING tasted very good 😋 😋 😋

We loved the Sunday roast we had. The staff were very accommodating after an annoying woman sat shouting into her phone on speakerphone in some Asian languages. They moved us no questions asked. And very reasonably priced too we will be back

Looking for somewhere to eat in Plymouth and found this Greek restaurant by chance. We were really impressed by both the food and the service. There were several diners in but only one waitress who did an absolutely excellent job and was friendly and efficient. The mini meze was good value and very tasty. Would definitely recommend.

So sad it's closing down. Hope they can find new premises.
