The best restaurants serving Fast food food in Wales

Absolutely vile, we ordered food, took over an hour to come and not only did it come absolutely freezing!! but only 1 out of 4 came as a complete meal! absolutely appalling. It’s run by literal teenagers and not a responsible manager anywhere insight. Very Very poorly run!!

Terrible service, waited at the “wrong counter”to be served, then she served everyone else before me. Thought I was invisible!

This place is a complete joke when it comes to their prices. 1 chicken sheesh kebab £12. 8x chicken strips £9 one small chips including delivery £3 total £27.00. Are you having a laugh there is no way these prices should be what they are. Trading standards need to look into this place. Omg this is mind blowing. Times are hard for everyone not just for you guys complete Rip off merchants. 🤮👎

Never placing an order from here again!!! Ordered food to be delivered for 15:30, through Just Eat, at 13:56. At about 15:00 i checked the app and the estimated delivery time was between 15:40 & 16:10. Checked at 16:00 and the estimated delivery time was later again. Checked again at 16:45 and the estimated delivery time was between 17:10 & 17:40. Bearing in mind the progress of the food hadn't changed at all, still on the order received. Tried phoning them but number is Invalid, checked on their website, phone number was the same still Invalid dialling tone !!! I had enough and cancelled the order. Placed an order through Just Eat again from KFC Newport Road and received my food 20 minutes later. I have always had minor issues with KFC Cardiff Gate but this was that worst.

Went there 3 months ago and it was awful 😖 it has got worse, and I see it has got a ONE STAR health and safety rating recently. I am surprised it was not the lowest of ZERO and closed down.

Really small portion sizes and extortionate prices. Who on earth charges £1.40 for a 330ml can of pop or £8.50 for a TINY kids meal. Food was OK, nothing amazing but the prices make you expect so much more. More than half of the extras on the menu are cooked from frozen and you can taste it.

Ordered our food at 18.07 website states 35 to 50 mins delivery, food finally arrived at 19.35. When challanged about the late delivery the driver said there had been an issue with the fryer. We argued that they should have contacted us to inform us about the delay the driver gave us a contact number (which cannot be found on any Web search for the place) to speak with the manager. My husband phoned to complain first he was hung up on so second call resulted in being told the driver had been stopped by the police on his way so one person is lying!! The food was OK ish the lettuce was old and limp the buger smothered in mayonnaise. WE WILL NOT BE USING THIS BUGER PLACE AGAIN

Came here for tea to take back to our chalet which was only a 5 min drive if that. Chips were lukewarm and soggy, still had the eyes in them, fish was lukewarm and batter hard. Peas were nice. I would not recommend and would not go back. In the bin it went

Picked up a few of the ‘Mint Aero’ cheesecake for a party, for £3.50 they were not good value for money. There was very little mint flavouring, marketing as ‘Mint Aero’ does a disservice to the Nestle brand and I’m sure they would want you to remove it from the shelves. I would of been better buying the ‘Aero’ dessert for a lot less money.

Sent us cold food, we sent it back with the driver and when I called the restaurant, I was screamed at down the phone that I was a lying and they are refusing to refund the food!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS
