The best restaurants serving Fast food food in England

Apparently crap as a dinner explaining you to eat out off a box. No plates or knife and fork but for wood takeaway pay and go away. Gust eat now go away

Las patatas fritas estaban empapadas, grasientas y poco cocidas. También estaban cubiertos de trozos negros, lo que indicaba aceite de cocina sucio. Para empeorar las cosas, encontré algo de la parte borrosa de la parte superior de una esponja para fregar con mis chips. ¡Absolutamente vil! Me sorprende que todavía estén en el negocio.

Disgusting service - they stole money from me by charging me twice. Make sure you check how much they charge etc before you go. Ideally don’t go because the food and service is crap. The mushy peas are like diarrhoea

Arrived 1 hour and 40 minutes after ordering, milkshakes was warm, food had cleary been forgotten and left somewhere, totally unedible, rang back and asked for a refund to be offered 50% of my money back, don't not order from here, staff were rude and tried to blame me for the food being cold as I live 7 miles away! Never ordering again

I had this place added to Tripadvisor to warn others not to waste money. The food was utterly disgusting. A chicken burger that was burnt, had the cheapest and nastiest quality chicken in it, a bun that was advertised as brioche but that was some cheap plain bread roll. Chicken wings that had been microwaved with a vile and slimy sauce on them. Dips that you pay extra for that are straight out of a giant plastic bottle of pre-made garbage bought from a wholesaler. This was not food, it was revolting. They should be shut down and why Deliveroo are allowed to promote such inedible junk is beyond me. And the business trades under multiple names and has shut down and restarted more times than I have had hot dinners. Avoid please. Utter waste of money that went straight in the bin.

Normally I don't buy food from BK due to a previous poor experience but I was late getting home and hungry. It was around 8:30pm and I was in a bit of a rush for a train at London Waterloo. When I got to the outlet I tried to use the on screen purchasing system. After trying 3 screens another customer told me they weren't working. On ordering at the counter I was then told they were accepting cash only, which I had. At this point I started to wonder why there were so many people waiting for food as the shelves behind the counter were full. It soon became apparent. There was one person taking orders and one person serving. Two members of staff were on their phone and another member was arguing with the person taking orders. When I received my order after a 5 minute wait I had to ask for the drink to be changed to the correct drink. This was done by the member of staff along with a "for F***s sake" from them. I took my food and went for my train. On sitting down I immediately discovered that the burger I had received was cold. Obviously the food in the racks had been mass produced in advance and they don't expect complaints as people will have left for trains. The service was poor, rude and lacking in any form of customer service. The food was also rubbish. I would severly recommend avoiding this outlet at all costs.

Ella dijo que estaba en camino hace unas dos horas. . . Pero ahora el restaurante está cerrado. : ( Entonces ordenamos  2 x cuadro combinado de hamburguesas  1 x caja de demonios  1 x maxi hamburguesa  2 x piezas de pollo Pero en cambio recibimos  1 x alas de fuego  1 x envoltura de pollo  1 x papas fritas picantes Resulta que estropearon el pedido y nos dieron la comida de otra persona a quien probablemente le dieron nuestra comida. Intentamos llamar al restaurante. La dama no podía entender una palabra de Englis. Ella nos decía que la comida llegaba a pesar de que esperábamos casi dos horas y colgaba cada vez que llamábamos (once veces en total). Finalmente, dijo que la tienda estaba cerrando pero que la comida todavía estaba en camino. Pues no lo es! ¡No recomendaría este lugar para nada a menos que quieras que tu comida se pierda y tus llamadas y consultas queden sin respuesta!

Ordered a TooGoodToGo and turned up within the correct time to be told they had nothing on the system, didn’t check my order number so not sure how they knew what my order was, rude staff. Never again Appalling service and now out of pocket, told I would receive a refund ( this takes 14 days to refund) I don’t have enough funds to buy food for my kids now . Disgusting

Asked for a cheese and onion pasty was cold told the staff and he said this is the last batch time was 5 pm

Advertising hot drinks on a chalk board outside his food van. After ordering hot drinks for me and my kids he complained about us ordering hot drinks. He complained about the size of the queue behind me and that it would take time to make the drinks. "IF YOU DIDN'T WANT TO MAKE HOT DRINKS, DON'T ADVERTISE THEM"

The worst burnt food ever . Don't go there it's scruffy and dirty . Won't be going back there so avoid it

Ordered online was sent totally the wrong order , my partner tried to get through on the phone was constantly engaged then got recorded message saying ‘ wrong number try again ‘ Applied for refund online but had to wait for refund Still waiting Disgraceful!

Walked in and ordered £30 of food. Ready to pay by card but after waiting 20 minutes then said card machine wasn’t working. As we had no cash, they then said they’d text a link to pay. Still waiting! So walked out upon which one of the staff followed us out and cursed us and said we were banned

Absolutely awful. I went there on my 30 min lunch break. Was told food be ready in 15 mins. I was alone in shop. After 20mins guy telling me 2 more mins. At 25 min mark I got up and saw they just put my wings on grill. I had to tell them to leave it, I had to get back to work. They were offering me my partial order. I told them leave it and keep the money as I was reading reviews whole waiting and I read they don't really give money back. I didn't ha e time to argue. I left never ever to return again.
