I was a regular customer online through just eat and now but they were a let as are mabey one or two of the staff in shop I just ordered 1 cheese burger 1 fries and 2 dips I don't no who seved me but the chios were not cooked properly still hard in some of them and the burger was terrible hardly any salad and it was squashed this is the second time in 2 wks I have ordered a delivery I am annoyed because the managers are lovely people who I have had a face to face conversation about the same problem whoever served my burger or made it can't cook and present a cheeseburger how hard is it to cook chips and a burger I will be contacting the franchise owners about this for the second time

Stopped in for a quick bite on my way to the footy last night. I wasn't expecting much as the other local takeaways aren't great, but it was absolutely delicious! £5 for a good sized donner wrap. Soft tasty bread, decent salad (fresh cucumber & tomato included), nice juicy donner meat and topped with a lovely chilli sauce! If I'd had more time I'd have added fries and a drink for a very reasonable £1.80. Couple of smackheads knocking around in the doorway but I won't hold that against the lads.

Poorest chippy I've ever encountered. Pluck the prices from thin air, ask for stuff then only half comes to counter and when you tell them what you ordered they argue that you didn't order it. Delivery drivers come in and dip there dirty hands into food and girls haven't got a clue. Better service employing chimps. I will avoid this place in future and recommended others do also. Top it all off food tastes like poo 💩.

The portions were a good size meal. The quality of chicken kebab was better than lamb. I liked the fact that I got my salad in a separate container. The bread was OK. The price was reasonable. Overall good experience.

The food used to be delicious, but now it's terrible. I usually order pizza, wraps, and doner kebabs, but the quality has really declined. The customer service is also very poor—they act like we're coming for free food.

Honestly the worst takeaway I’ve ever had, the chicken was pink, the sides were over powered with oil and sauce. I literally threw the whole thing in the bin after two mouthfuls. I just hope I don’t get sick

Whilst I realise this is only a McDonald's I've rated the ROTHWELL A14 EASTBOUND branch as 5 star when compared to many others around the UK. I spoke with Manager/Supervisor Sophie and asked her to congratulate the team for their really clean toilets! This country is blighted by disgusting Public loo facilities. Being as I rarely need to use them I suspect the problem is worse than I realise. Sophie pointed out Adam to me as the gent responsible for the job well done. Thanks to him and the team for clean loos, good service, hot food and a well above average McDonald's experience.
