Quality food and great service provided by very polite staff. Easy to order on website . The delivery lad was just as charming .

I went into this establishment tonight after being out with friends I asked if they could do a chip wrap so I thought that wouldn’t be too bad as a portion of chips is £3 and a wrap can’t be more that a few pence because they buy so many they charged £6 for not even a portion of chips and a wrap all because they thought I was drunk I use to use this place a bit think I will now not do so again I thought the kebab shop was bad!!

Evening Everyone on HR So I just ordered from smoky flame in henley and ordered my children a kababs and they change there meat that has chills on and my daughter allergic to chills and when I spoke to them on the phone the man was rude and said he could not help and I said you never put on your website that the meat contains chills now and when I said if not on there and then he hanged up the phone please check before ordering from them I will be never going there again

This place is my favourite takeaway restaurant, I have been going for years now and love the food. It’s tastes very fresh! I recently tried their new item on the menu which was the kebab and it tasted delicious!! I highly recommend this place. The staff are super friendly and the service is very good.

Ordered a takeaway of various items from here last week I can honestly say the kebab is the worst one I’ve ever had!! Hardly any salad, no chilli’s. It looked like someone threw it together from a distance!! The chips that came with it weren’t cooked properly either. They charge top money for their stuff as well! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

The food was fresh and tasted amazing. Most certainly the best food in the area and had a very clean environment. The staff were extremely welcoming and were amazing with my order. Ordered food online as well and they were quick and gave me exactly what I ordered. Would definitely recommend. 5 stars

Staff were incredibly rude, did not feel welcome and they tried to over charge me, will most definitely not come back again. Even told me to go elsewhere to get my food. Hasn’t been the same since Marco left!

Like a fellow reviewer here, I ordered online and had a similar experience. Most of my order was missing or wrong, and I received far less food than I paid for. Given now this is a common problem, I can only conclude that they’re doing it on purpose. Avoid this scam at all costs.

I would just like to say how well Smoky Flame coped during lockdown, you could still get takeaways but they also had a wonderful delivery service and the quality of food and service was as good as always, A big well done to everyone, Enjoy, Marc Etheridge.

Placed order and get the wrong items delivered called to let them know, but not the slightest bit interested. Not the first time this has happened. Check your order when delivered!! Before they leave. Unfortunately it’s happened too many times for us to use them...

Smoky flame gives you the best choice of Chicken, Burgers, Pizza, etc, Eddie, Rezza, Impty, Neil and the rest of the team will always give you excellent service, as well as being a take away there are chairs to snack inside, Brilliant and thank you,...
