Dulwich Hamlet Fish Bar in Southwark

Junto al puente del ferrocarril y la rampa a la estación de East Dulwich, esta tienda de comida rápida era más notable por su conveniencia con el Dulwich Hamlet FC, pero ese negocio ha cerrado y ahora es una sucursal franquiciada de Morley's Fried Chicken. Afortunadamente también sirven hamburguesas y cosas así.

Fui aquí ya que es el chippy más local cerca de mi trabajo. Pedí chips y saveloy. Mi salvación estuvo fría durante todo el tiempo, así que tuve que tirarla. Las papas estaban muy sabrosas, pero no me sentía cómodo aplicando vinagre de la botella de spray desinfectante. ? Literalmente, parecía una botella de marca detol, absolutamente desconcertada.

Normalmente voy por Savaloy y papas fritas. Las porciones son de masilla, con rayas para 2 - 3 personas. Solo he tenido una porción de papas fritas que no era buena, la tienda se propone a sí misma para alimentos de calidad, lo que significa que las papas fritas se cocinan como usted ordena. No es bueno si estás en un Harry, pero como la calidad de las fichas es excelente, ¡es un problema menor! ! Bien vale la pena visitar, y el chippy es amable también.

Vivimos localmente y el amor de nuestro mensual para llevar regalo de pescado y patatas fritas de la Dulwich Bar Pescado Hamlet. El pescado es siempre fresco fresco (o al menos los gustos) y estupendas patatas fritas! No pedimos nada más, pero es porque estamos contentos con la oferta. El dueño es encantador y siempre nos da un servicio de 5 estrellas. Él tiene una familia joven, así que me encanta que aparece en y apoyar su negocio. Por favor hagan lo mismo.

¡Qué encantador chippy! El tipo que lo dirige es encantador, también feliz y acogedor. El pescado siempre sabe bien y deliciosas patatas fritas. Si necesita llevar descarado, este es un lugar para probar.

Best fish & chips of the area, definitely worthy a visit! Loads of chips, one portion is enough for 2-3 people.

I love it here. Reasonable prices, large portions, tasty food, good range on offer and extremely friendly staff. A family-run business that I always give my trade to when going to see Dulwich Hamlet play home matches nearby. Highly recommended.

Top notch chips, giant portions, low prices and very friendly service. Quite possibly some of the best chips in the camberwell/dulwich area.

Big portions. Recently taken over average taste. Good service. Wouldn't travel to go here otherwise good

Large enthusiastic turnout for the game against Worthing. Satisfying 4:1 win. Everyone poured out towards the station, the buses or to stroll home. Many people came into the shop only to find a single fish cake on the hot shelf, no chips ready and even the kebab roti not yet turned on from the night before. Pretty poor.

Nice signage. Below average chips which is very disappointing as its so close to the bus stop I take before I head to work for my night shifts. Sometimes the chips tend to done be fully cooked all the way through. Battered sausage was better. Not tried kebab or fish yet. Have to ask for a free fork from behind the counter each time. Regular server looks a bit suspect/shady too.

At the bottom of the hill and between the station and the Pakistan leading to Dulwich Hamlet football ground this is a very useful place to grab food after home games. Average prices, and a bit better than average functional food. Well done fish and chips, also kebabs and not forgetting burgers as well as fried chicken.
