Soy un hombre discapacitado que ha asistido regularmente a este negocio durante más de 30 años con muy alta consideración por la calidad y la relación con el cliente. Desafortunadamente, en esta ocasión debo enviar una crítica tan pobre de los servicios al cliente y una idea real de la valía, ya que las personas que vinieron después de mí fueron atendidas antes que yo, a pesar de que habían pedido la misma comida que yo. Los chicos fundadores habían trabajado muy duro para construir un negocio tan encantador y un lugar popular para que todas las culturas se mezclaran y compartieran sus valores en la gran calidad de un menú tan diverso. Los nuevos que han tomado el control de la tienda también trabajan muy duro, pero quizás deberían darse cuenta de que su antiguo y fundador ha trabajado mucho más duro para establecerse y ser aceptados por la comunidad que al final del día proporciona sus ingresos. Quizás deberían recordar a sus clientes que están en Kings Heath y no en una sociedad musulmana criada, y creo que la comida no debería ser un problema, ya que toda la gente necesita comer. Somos una sociedad multielevada y compartimos este planeta hasta que Dios nos llame. Lamento esta preocupación, pero preferiría destacarla antes de que se convierta en una situación grave, con ideas estúpidas de extremos. Dios los bendiga.

Kids chicken bite way too salty.

Chips aren’t always fresh and they’re sometimes a bit dry, burgers and kebabs are absolutely amazing tho. Tables are sometimes a bit dirty and greasy The workers are really nice and welcoming and social-able. Would be a 5star but the chips aren’t always fresh which is a bit annoying, the chips are either great or terrible. I’ve ordered from here loads of times and sometimes the chips have tasted really fresh and tasty and other times they’ve tasted really dry

One day I went to get chips then the guy said ok but he gave me 1 less chip then usual so I’m angry and. The police come and start shooting me but it’s ok because I was backfliping over the bullets after I dogged all of the shots I jump and. Pick up a truck and I said “I just want my chips”

Makes you wait over 2 hours nearly and order worth of 37 worth of food get the wrong order and a small salad box we didn’t even order!! And said they couldn’t do anything about it

My first ever review of a part of a fast food chain, but I think someone deserved it. i popped into the King's Heath KFC. If was good to be greeted with a smile and a nice conversation with the person behind the counter (Gina), with great attention to detail. I've been to many a table service restaurant with less customer focus. Many thanks - such treatment makes all the difference.
