Excellent food excellent service..

The donner used to be really good, however the last few times it’s been full of bone/cartilage which is very unpleasant. It’s also very pale so it has barely been cooked. Don’t think I’ll be going here in the near future.

Chips aren’t always fresh and they’re sometimes a bit dry, burgers and kebabs are absolutely amazing tho. Tables are sometimes a bit dirty and greasy The workers are really nice and welcoming and social-able. Would be a 5star but the chips aren’t always fresh which is a bit annoying, the chips are either great or terrible. I’ve ordered from here loads of times and sometimes the chips have tasted really fresh and tasty and other times they’ve tasted really dry

My first ever review of a part of a fast food chain, but I think someone deserved it. i popped into the King's Heath KFC. If was good to be greeted with a smile and a nice conversation with the person behind the counter (Gina), with great attention to detail. I've been to many a table service restaurant with less customer focus. Many thanks - such treatment makes all the difference.
