My first ever review of a part of a fast food chain, but I think someone deserved it. i popped into the King's Heath KFC. If was good to be greeted with a smile and a nice conversation with the person behind the counter (Gina), with great attention to detail. I've been to many a table service restaurant with less customer focus. Many thanks - such treatment makes all the difference.

Fried chicken burger had the thinnest piece of chicken I've had from anywhere. The hashbrown in the burger was thicker. Fried chicken also extremely dry. Walsall road and Newtown branches are both much better

Yardley Coventry RoadI ordered food to be delivered tonight.. it never arrived . Doubt just eat will refund. Last time I ordered it went to the wrong house was returned to the restaurant then sent me to cold!!! Lesson learnt never again!!
