My first ever review of a part of a fast food chain, but I think someone deserved it. i popped into the King's Heath KFC. If was good to be greeted with a smile and a nice conversation with the person behind the counter (Gina), with great attention to detail. I've been to many a table service restaurant with less customer focus. Many thanks - such treatment makes all the difference.

Good prices for food and service is great. Only thing is the chicken is usually a bit undercooked otherwise it would be 5 stars.
