I have visited this Burger King on a few occasions and the customer service doesn’t seem improve. The shift leader that served me didn’t greet me at the till or really acknowledge me. Another colleague was just sat on the counter. Very unprofessional. Won’t be going here again.

Purchased rice and chicken for my 7 year old son - After eating a few spoons he started vomiting. When I smelt the rice and realised they had gone off and when I called the shop to complain the manager Anwar started being rude and admitted the rice was off and should have been put in the bin. I have been using Mr Cod for years but no more....Poor food and services but the attitude of the management is far worse.

Bacon roll was absolutely rancid and they forgot my my mcmuffin so the whole thing was pointless and my weekend and possibly entire life, is ruined

As I was arriving back in a Reading from London, I thought I’d take advantage of the ‘Too Good To Go’ app. I placed an order for a surprise afternoon bag, which cost me £2.99. I’m so glad I only paid £2.99!! I got 2 baguettes and a croissant, we ate the croissant there and the. Between my husband and I, saving the baguettes for dinner later as we were heading out in the evening. I got my baguette out, which would have cost £6.49 in the shop had I chosen it. One giant lettuce leaf, 3 measly bits of chicken, some funny looking coleslaw, and no butter!! I removed the tired lettuce leaf, evened out the coleslaw, and put butter in it. If I had actually paid £6.49 for that baguette, I probably would have driven back into town for a refund!!

Fuimos algunos pollo frito. Conseguimos algunos frío de pollo con papas fritas empapadas. Sabía horrible y tiró más de distancia. Sin duda uno de evitar!

This company are horrendous. Original order delivered to incorrect address, so replacement order placed on 8th dec for 48hr delivery- only just receiving order today (21/12/23) after multiple emails and phone calls. company don't reply to emails, never answer the phone, they just say they will send order out and don't. Never answer the phone. Once they have your money they stop caring and don't send orders when they agree to. every time you call they say same thing. wish i never ordered from them and never will again. if I could rate the 0/5 I would.
