Appalling Customer Service Waiting over a month and still the Christmas present gift i ordered has not been delivered. Phone calls are not answered, noone calls back when you leave a message. Emails take days to answer. Shocking to see I'm only one of many who have had this problem.

Placed an order with them in October for a 24th December delivery. Notification that it was shipped to EVRI the morning of the 24th, for "Next Day Delivery". Still not received, tried Customer Services, other than an automated email, no response and they do not answer the phone!

No customer service at all ! Perishable food with a supposed ice pack transported but not delivered to required date. Food hygiene issue with perishable foods travelling for days. Despite calls they do not get back to you. Do not use.

Proper awful company. Went for a gift box for daughter in law birthday, told them was 23rd Dec asked about best before date was told no problem. Drove an hour for this. Got home, had a look and the date is 18th December. Contact company, they don't care at all. Avoid altogether

This company are horrendous. Original order delivered to incorrect address, so replacement order placed on 8th dec for 48hr delivery- only just receiving order today (21/12/23) after multiple emails and phone calls. company don't reply to emails, never answer the phone, they just say they will send order out and don't. Never answer the phone. Once they have your money they stop caring and don't send orders when they agree to. every time you call they say same thing. wish i never ordered from them and never will again. if I could rate the 0/5 I would.

Sent for classic fudge box but sent some completely different flavours than ordered Do not like selection they have substituted without even consulting me It was also a gift but cannot use.. Offered 20% off total order amounting to £4 what a farce All I want is fudge I ordered but as with lots of other reviews they have stopped talking to me and have done nothing Wish I had checked reviews first very ☹️ disappointed

Terrible company, shocking delivery terms and non existing customer service! Once they take your money they don't care! DO NOT USE!!!

This company is quite possibly the worst I have ever dealt with. They NEVER answer the telephone, emails or voicemail. I had an item missing from my last delivery & despite sending pictures a few minutes after receiving the package, they have continuously failed to communicate. I would never use this company again - customer service is everything & they don’t deserve my ongoing repeat business.
