We sat outside it was sunny warm and a little breeze. We had a scrumdidlyumptios Fish 🐟 and chips 🍟 12/09/2024 My other half,' I want to Bruno's This afternoon, and we had a scrumdidlyumptious fish 🐟 and chips 🍟 the fish was big it filled the length of the box, and with it with it we had 3 slices and butter bread 🍞 With a tea 🍵 And I had a black coffee ☕️. I must say the fish 🐟 was very tasty as you took off the lovely batter. The fish 🐟 was lovely and white and sticky I personally rewarded Bruno 💯 plus Gold stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ And then we had a little walk along the new sea front front path. Just a plain cheeseburger when I ordered salad onion and chilli peppers the burger itself was cold not even warm this was cold chips was hard and old the worst burger I’ve eaten to be honest I mean how hard is it to cook a burger how the hell can you be proud to serve this absolute crap think I need to come in and show your chefs how to actually cook someone’s food that they’re paying you for I mean my god take some pride in what you’re serving people

Still not delivered 2 hours later

This is a recurring pattern, but the sauces were left off the order. It happens far too regularly, not sure if it’s laziness of staff or corporate sneakiness to save money on providing a minor item that most customers will let slide.

I waited at the counter for 25 minutes for 3 pieces of chicken and 1 fries and a drink, when I got home 5 minutes drive I had 3 greasey soggy legs and stone cold fries it really has gone to the pits in Canvey kfc I will not be going back and while I was there there must of been 8 staff and they all looked like they could do with a good jet wash RANK

Just ordered my food and everything including my hot chocolate is stone cold will not be ordering food from this McDonald’s again as a chef the temperature of the food is below service and customer satisfaction
