The best restaurants serving Fast food food in Arboretum Derby East Midlands

This is the 3rd visit to this concession in Derbion. Twice now I've had Fish Chips and Mushy peas. Each time has been brilliant. Superbly cooked chips, crisp batter on the fish, but I get too full to finnish the meal. So this time I opted for chips and mushy peas. I approached with trepidation, expecting this visit to be the one where it didn't meet previous trips. I was so wrong. The food was piping hot, tasty exactly the same. Crispy chips, fluffy on the inside and the same, velvety hot mushy peas. Absolutely brilliant. Yes I will be visiting again.

Pizza was delicious and my breakfast croissant was lovely and buttery. Would be even better if they provided butter and jam sachets. Coffee was tasty and hot.

Me and 3 mates when here We had 3 loaded fries and portion of wings Chips were stale, staff were mardy. These will not receive another penny off myself. Derby needs a proper peri peri chicken joint and it will fly!

I've chosen McDonald's over their competitors for 40 years. It was my first job out of school and I know the standards of food quality and cleanliness. On this visit, at this restaurant, though, I feel deeply dissatisfied: Although the food met expectations it took 25 minutes to prepare (I had only ordered a quarter pounder meal, from one of the few machines working - none of which had receipt paper), but far worse was the extent of food debris, packaging and serviettes etc across both floors and every table. One staff member began cleaning upstairs tables while I was there (2 others had walked through but ignored the state of the place), but as more customers arrived she made clear that she was doing so only in order to close that seating area, at 6:30 on a Saturday evening! The toilets were disgustingly filthy and unhygienic so I chose instead use nearby public conveniences. There didn't seem to be a shortage of staff so whether this is a franchised or managed site something was very wrong.

Paper thin fillet of fish which had disintegrated once battered and fried, chips where cold apart from the ones which warmed up under the fish, very disappointed as only started eating once on the train. The kebab meat looks well dodgy also. Never again!
