Greggs in Derby

Paid for haddock but got cod.... The fish was dry and chewy.... This chip shop has really gone done .... £23 for 2:meals and definitely old warmed up food ... Never again!!

I work for a charity for the homeless in derby and treated all clients to Gerard street fish and chips for Easter, Mario and his family were so helpful, accommodating & even delivered it! All the client’s absolutely loved the lunch it was delicious! We want to Thank you so much for the food & the kindness giving back to the derby community ☺️

We were in Costco a few weeks ago and I have to shout out how well Debra handled a pregnant lady suffering from a dizzy spell. Previously when she’d had dizzy spells in stores she was just left to it whereas when getting a colleagues attention she ran to get Debra who’s the first aider. Great thoughts from the colleague. They also brought a water, and wheeled her out to the car in a wheelchair and absolute first class service. I’ve attempted to leave this positive review via Costcos website though I could never get to the right form, and wanted to express my gratitude to Debra & her colleague who are both a credit to the company.

I'm absolutely sick of not receiving what I've ordered. No straw, no sauces I've had to pay extra for, not even my burger from my meal, cold chips and terrible support from their website. Avoid ordering from here unless you are going in person and can complain directly when they can't get it right.
