Very nice food as always but could do with heat proof packaging so food is hot when delivered not just warm

The fish was very poor with very thin batter & try chewy with hardly any fish in the batter & all cold, I’m very disappointed.

First time I have been in here for a few years. Staff really pleasant and friendly. Had the mini fish meal which was delicious.

The chips was not good think they where old potatoes …the rest of the meal very nice …

Our large group order was excellent everyone thoroughly enjoyed. Cods (whales!!) cooked to perfection chips were great too..

Just had the meat and chips and can honestly say the nicest chips I’ve ever had from a chip shop well worth a visit and the fella was very welcoming can see me coming here more often

Food came quickly and it was hot and delicious!

the food was okay but the portion sizes are a issue. I ordered a regular pea mix and a large curry mix. I only got two regular mixes. very unimpressed by the unprofessional and silly staff of this restaurant. I hope my next experience will be more pleasant. the one good thing is the delivery driver. he followed my instructions and made the collection of the food easy and hassle free. very happy with that service just not the portion sizes.

Disappointing, delivery time went from 15-30 to 50-70 minutes immediately. Cold food, missing items and overpriced for quantity received.

New customer. The burger with full salad was made well. It was fresh. The chips were lovely, and the portion size of the chips was very good. I would consider buying from them again. Thank you for the hearty meal, and please keep up the good work

I’ve been coming to Gerard Street Fishbar for years, and it’s hands down the best spot for fish and chips! Both brothers are really nice guys, always welcoming and friendly. The food is consistently amazing—crispy, fresh, and perfectly cooked every time. It’s the only place I go for fish and chips. Highly recommend!

Burger was great and tasty. Chips were terrible. They tasted and looked like they'd been reheated from leftovers from the lunchtime batch. So even though the burger was good the chips would definitely put me off ordering again.

I've had a lot of chippy teas in my time and hands down Gerard Street Fish bar is the Best around...great value and very tasty!!!

Previously this was an amazing takeaway, has never been great with order updates but the food was always good. However now it is waiting for over an hour for food which has obviously been sat around for a while. Will be looking for a new chippy.

Kebab chicken not cooked so inedible. Fishcakes not delivered. Called restraunt and they said they would send replacement food. It never arrived. Two of family didn't eat. Poor service tonight. Shame as this was my go to chip shop till this experience.

not bad tbh. sunrise is always a nice resturant to eat at. very understanding of the fact i didnt want to order much and the delivery driver was quick to hand over the food and followed my instrutions. a extreamly pleasing experience all round.

Delivery driver was absolutely amazing. Very polite and understanding. Even followed my notes (you’d be surprised how many don’t) amazing person. The thing I’m not impressed with is the grub. Yes nice and warm and Tasty but cmon a minimum order of a tenner. Was contemplating weather it was worth it and you know what? It wasn’t. I only went here as my regular wasn’t open. They don’t have a “minimum spend” if they can do it so can these crazy people. My advice you’d be better off going Mc Donalds

The southern fried chicken was uneatable! Massively overcooked and dry as a bone. We won’t be ordering from here ever again. £3.50 for delivery is scandalous as we live under a mile from Gerard St.

Large was the same size as a regular and they did not put any salt or vinegar on food, overall it was ok
