Lovely roast dinner, with decent portions. In particular, the stuffing with the roast pork was divine and the cheesecake was a new entry in my top 3 of all-time. Really lovely, friendly service too

Excellent high quality food from a wide ranging menu which was both delicious and well presented. The service was courteous and helpful in terms of choosing the most suitable dishes. The atmosphere and decor were particularly nice, as was the live music played on this Friday evening.

Amazing food and cakes (including vegan options). Great staff very friendly and helpful. Dog and walker friendly. Loads of little crafted souvenirs to buy, lots made by Julie. Great little find. Would definitely return.

We went for the first time on Saturday and the food was excellent and the host very pleasant and informative. We are looking forward to returning soon.

Ordered a afternoon tea to take away for my mum and step dad. Collection was no problem. They were absolutely delighted with everything. It was a late Xmas present so I was happy with what they received.

The 1-day course on sourdough was brilliant! To be taught by a Master Sourdough Baker of 30 years was a real privilege! Garry was more than helpful to impart his wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm for this tricky skill! Matt also was very helpful, supportive and encouraging. They were both more than happy to go over things again and answer questions as they arose. Nothing seemed too much trouble! To have lunch [ excellent sandwiches on sourdough bread! ] and to come away with 3 big loaves of various flours was, I felt, very generous. Much to take in and much to work on but I can't wait to have a go at home! The class WhatsApp group will be a big help...for 'post mortems'! Many thanks for a very informative and lively day!

Discovered by chance when looking for a lunch venue. I really enjoyed the soup and cheese scone and my partner was very impressed with the quiche. The china crockery is really lovely. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Had a wonderful visit this afternoon with my Mum. We went for the afternoon tea and we were not disappointed. For £12.50 each, we have two cakes, a scone each with all the trimmings, a selection of sandwiches and a pot of tea! Good value for money. The staff were polite and friendly. When visiting, make sure to pre-book your afternoon tea! Will be attending again. 100% recommend if you love your afternoon tea! There is also a lovely sitting area and garden outside for when the weather is a little bit warmer!

This is an excellent little coffee shop. A fabulous Barista team, making delicious coffee on every occasion! The food is always great, and very tasty. The atmosphere is wonderfully friendly, and all the staff are happy, kind, and considerate. Nothing is a trouble. I visit once or sometimes twice a month, as I no longer live in Leek. Unfortunately! I really do recommend this lovely establishment.

Absolutely fantastic. Small and personal. All home cooked. We had a takeaway this time, but im booking a table to take my family. We had a wide range off the menu, so i do feel in position to recommend. Big and fancy no, personal and cosy, yes. More to the point..... the food is ace

My word! I don't often have fish and chips, maybe on a seaside holiday or nick a few chips off the kids, however, how I have never come to this takeaway before and in my opinion it blows 90% of the others out of the water. Friendly and accommodating staff, swift service and beautifully fresh, well cooked fish and for me, perfect chips. The cheeky little sausage in batter I added for a later snack was delicious too, batter still had a crunch not gone soggy. I will definitely be going again soon to try more delights, the smell of the curry sauce was almost intoxicating, what a gem on Fountain street, think the locals have been keeping this quiet! Bravo.
