Midhurst, Chichester
18/05/2018: This place is a real 'find', do go along and enjoy what they have to offer. Also sell chutneys, pickles and other fare. Will definetely be going back again.
08/05/2018: Coffee, bacon, toast and a poached egg. Nothing exciting on the face of it except, the coffee was excellent, the top quality bacon packed with flavour, the toast made with artisan bread and everything was cooked perfectly. Smashing little place with friendly service. I cannot remember having a more enjoyable breakfast.

Drift-In Surf Cafe

East Wittering, Chichester
16/06/2018: friendly helpful staff, welcomed the children, varied tasty menu. Would recommend and will definitely go back when next at the Witterings
15/06/2018: We popped in for a quick lunch all five of us - 3 kids aged 6-9, myself and my partner. It looks great, part shop, ice-cream parlour and cafe. Nicely decorated and not too over cool to make you feel uncomfortable. Loved the smoothies and choices for kids and the great toasted sandwiches and salads.. with lively little ones they were thoughtful and helped them settle with no scolding looks. We all enjoyed our stop there and will make it a regular hang out... might even think about surfing one day! PS kids loved the old classic scooters shining in the sunshine on display outside..

The Richmond Arms

Funtington, Chichester
14/06/2018: We went to the Richmond Arms for a midweek supper. Despite it being a Wednesday evening the pub was busy with a pleasant atmosphere. The staff were friendly and attentive and the food was excellent. Lovely fresh bread and butter, halloumi fries and chorizo scotch egg to start followed by slow cooked beef brisket and bavette steak both served with dripping chips. Absolutely delicious. For desert my partner had lemon meringue but not as you know it and I had the excellent ice cream - the salted caramel is out of this world. This was our first visit to the pub but we will be back.
13/06/2018: Excellent food ,not your average pub food menu always has something on to try that you probably haven’t had elsewhere. Not cheap but then you don’t mind as the food is always fresh, local, well cooked and different .Highly recommended ⭐️You will always need to book as extremely busy

Chichester East, Chichester, <20£
21/06/2018: From Food presentation to flavours from staf to attention to detail , I have been well impressed , I have been to others ( local lemon grass ) this one in Chichester exceeded all that I have been so far .. highly recommend
03/06/2018: We had the lemongrass mixed starters, which were ok, but coulnt help but think they were like the ones you can buy in frozen food aisles. However the main courses were lovely. I had tai green curry and my husband the special duck curry. Both were fresh and flavoursome. My daughter had the pad Thai which she said were the best she’s ever had, although a fairly smalll portion. Service was good, and the house white was delightful and a bargain at £15.95. Would recommend.

Three Crowns

Wisborough Green, Chichester
09/06/2018: Dropped in after a visit to Petworth NT. Don’t be put off by the number of cars parked outside, they may be visiting the cricket pitch. Loads of room inside and we sat in the lovely garden. Well looked after with great food and local gin and beer! Found a little gem, just a shame we don’t live closer
28/05/2018: What a beautiful garden. It makes such a difference on a fine day. Lots of work clearly goes in, and the allotment/veg patch bit is good to see.

Seven Fish

Midhurst, Chichester, >100£
02/06/2018: This fish restaurant was recommended to us by a few people so we decided to get a bite for lunch.
31/05/2018: Service good, seating area ok, food average, nothing to complain about, nothing to save about.Hence three stars.

Cote Brasserie - Chichester

Chichester South, Chichester
18/06/2018: My boyfriend and I ate here before a show in Chichester, so we ordered 3 courses from the selected pre-theatre menu for a set price, for a starter I had the calamari which we perfectly cooked and my boyfriend had the eggs Benedict which he adored! We both had Steak Frites as our main course, which was delicious despite the steak being a little tough, it was gorgeous, and pear crumbles for desert! All with two drinks for less than £40!
18/06/2018: They just ripped us off, paid way more then we should have been. And they couldn’t explained it to us, they just been telling us how much each person paid, we know how much we made you don’t need tell us.

The Stags Head

Westbourne, Chichester
17/06/2018: Popped in a couple of times today as it was Westbourne Open Gardens and Father's Day. We were in a group of people and were looked after really well all day. Made to feel welcome, the landlord made space for us and even kept the food service going to provide the children with sustenance! A very good day made even better by above and beyond service from the staff and owners. A big thank you from all our group. The carvery was fantastic, as was the gin selection!
01/06/2018: Dinner last night was great. Perfectly cooked steak, and after asking where the steak was from, was pleased it’s bought from a local butcher in Emsworth. The starter of baked cheese also excellent, but so large I’d suggest sharing it!

Tiffins Tea Room

Petworth, Chichester
28/05/2018: A seriously tasty Full English Breakfast was the food highlight of a day out in Petworth. Staff are friendly, and also very helpful and knowledgeable about the town and things to do and see.
09/05/2018: We visited Tiffins tea room on our way to a nearby hotel and enjoyed scones, cream and jam and a good cup of tea chosen from a wide selection. My wife indicated that a better scone would be hard to find. Returning the next afternoon we were recognised from our initial visit, but sadly there was only one scone left, which I thought my wife should have. I was very happy with the delicious cake I chose instead. The staff are friendly and efficient, and the tea room is close to the public car park.

Dom Italian Bar & Restaurant

East Wittering, Chichester
10/06/2018: Great atmosphere. Friendly staff. Pizza is the best in Chichester. Highly recommended. Will go back again
27/05/2018: We order scallops but without the martini sauce but they could not do this as sauce was prepared so deep fried sea food for two. had to ask for more tartare sauce and some lemon to squeeze over the fish. This should be normal. my lady had pasta which was OK I ordered the turbot 22 pounds. It was about the size of a burger and the paltry vegetables were cold With a couple drinks, a bad cocktail glass of wine came to 81 pounds. Not going again but the service was excellent .

The Greyhound

Stedham, Chichester
18/06/2018: Dropped in here as I was passing - it looked appealing so decided to stop for a pint of real ale. However the menu and specials board looked so tempting I decided to have lunch. Glad I did as it was excellent food, freshly cooked to order and a generous sized portion.
15/06/2018: We had the chance to revisit an "Old friend" Pub that we have not been to for a while,

Russells Cafe

West Wittering, Chichester, 20-30£
06/06/2018: Another excellent visit to this delightful cafe. Even though the staff are busy, they always have a smile on their faces and offer fantastic service. The food is lovely and always freshly cooked. One of my favourite places to eat especially the fruIt trifle which...
06/06/2018: We’ve been to Russell’s on numerous occasions and every time both the food and the service has been brilliant. So you can imagine my surprise when on finally getting round to leaving a (5 star) review on trip advisor I noticed a 2 star review...
