The best restaurants serving Default food in South Bredon Hill Wychavon West Midlands

6 of us enjoyed a quiet Monday dinner recently. Service was lovely, but the food had mixed reviews. Strawberry sauce does not go with peanut butter parfait, for example.

I discovered this place whilst staying in the area and looking for a spot for morning coffee. Absolutely fantastic coffee & service, the staff couldn't be more helpful and the cakes were a lovely mid-morning treat. Will definitely be back for lunch next time I'm in the area.

Lovely place to eat, love the roast dinners! Outside area lovely to sit in too. Great service!

Extremely friendly welcome! We had beautiful food - I had the steak and ale pie and my wife had the beef burger all superb and came piping hot. The beer too was excellent and went down really well and a zero alcohol Butcombe ale was excellent Looking forward to going again - absolutely faultless.

Food is pricey but quite good on the whole. Decent menu. Unfortunately the manageress is rude and extremely unprofessional

Stopped with two friends for a quick bite and a coffee. The sausage bap was tasty & clearly of good quality. The coffee was sublime and almost worth a trip for the coffee alone. A staff member offered to sell me some beans and told me it was sourced from Ritual & roasted in Cheltenham. Cliental included cyclists, bikers, (us), well upholstered ladies who lunch, and a holiday couple. A nice little art gallery in the garden with a friendly staff member.

Had a lovely Mother’s Day Sunday roast. Would have been great to have a starter plus main but I guess it’s a small pub and Mother’s Day is super busy. Very loud locals inside and out but the staff were really nice. Proper village pub.

We stayed at the Beckford Inn for one night while visiting the Cotswolds. Our room was very comfortable and spacious, with great attention to details. Breakfast was delicious, with Benedict Eggs cooked to perfection. The restaurant area is cozy in an elegant way. We only regret not having been able to have dinner since the kitchen closes at 19 and we got there too late. There’s an on-site parking and a garden area to enjoy a drink in the summer evenings. The price for the room + breakfast was very good. We would definitely go back!

First popped into the Cafe on the way to the m50 for a pitstop about 12 months ago.oOn that occassion ordered a jacket potato with cheese. Took 40 mins and then it had cream cheese covered with a birds dropping size of hard cheese. Disgusting. Called in again this weekend as driver was hungry and ordered 2 lots of salad sandwich, a sausage roll and a slice of cake. Cost, 24.00. Asked for mayo but didn't have any. Sandwich consisted of two slices of dried bread and the salad was a lettuce leaf, a chunk of tomatoe and a slice of cucumber. Barely covered the meat but meat was OK, 2 slices of ham. Put together by a 4 year old by the looks of it. Cake was good though. However in future I will be using the mobile snack bar in the nearby lay-by if he's there next time I'm passing.

We came across this cafe while on holidaying in the area. Initially we were just going to stop for a drink but after seeing the menu we decided to have an early lunch. The menu had a good selection of hot and cold choices as well as a large option on a specials board. I went for the all day breakfast which was one of the best I have had at a cafe. It came with 2 eggs of my choice, 2 bacon, 2 sausage, black pudding, mushroom, tomato, baked beans and perfectly fried bread. The OH had an open steak sandwich on cream cheese with wedge potatoes and an amazing side salad that wasn't your usual few leafs with cucumber and tomato. We even took a couple of scones home with us as they looked delicious (and they were). All the staff were friendly, helpful and made sure we had everything we needed and that we were happy with our food. It's a shame we found this lovely cafe at the end of our stay.

We didn’t book till the day but what a treat 😊 I had Roast lamb with a stunning cauliflower cheese .Lisa had Nut Roast which got definite seal of approval . However the star of the show was my GF sticky toffee pudding with custard . This has to be the best dessert I have ever had ..absolutely stunning . Lisa had apple crumble but to be honest I was too engrossed in mine to ask ( only joking she loved it ) . The young front of house team were Perfect , a real credit to themselves 😊 Thank you we will be back soon 👍
