The best restaurants serving Default food in Hillmorton Rugby West Midlands

Called the takeaway direct to order a delivery for the first time from this establishment. The ordering experience was extremely friendly with person on the other end of the phone realising I was a new customer and asked me my name. I was then informed I would receive a complementary side dish which was nice. The food arrived within the time I had been advised and both my wife and I found all the food to be superb. Finally, to top it all off, the price was extremely good value.

I had the most amazing evening at the bell tonight, the food was delicious. The 2 waitresses Libby and ruby really made my evening, they were very polite, friendly and beautiful. They catered to all of our needs and went above and beyond, many thanks girls :) we will return soon !

Food is amazing, owner is lovely

We had a lovely experience at this restaurant. The staff were lovely and accommodating, and we felt at home. The roast was awesome! The meat was great, and there was a great variety of vegetables. The cauliflower cheese was heavenly, but we will need a bowl of it next time. Definitely 10/10. We felt like we had known the owners for years!! Food and servers are great. Cod is my favorite, always fresh and crispy. Kebabs are good too.

Best curry in Rugbyonly scored 3*on atmosphere as we only ever get a takeaway from here, but the place seems good.

Visited last night and did not stay long enough to place an order as this restaurant is blatantly ignoring all advice for the staff to wear masks. From the manager down masks were either being wore incorrectly or not at all. When I asked the manager why he was not wearing a mask he replied 'that he had had the vaccine'. Such an ignorant and ill-informed reply made me to leave immediately. They are an insult to ALL other venues who are working so hard to preserve their businesses whilst still maintaining safety standards

I’ve been coming to the waterside for a number of years now about once or twice a month and always very happy with the food and service until yesterday (Sunday) 12th October I appreciate it was busy and a lot of people were there but I have noticed of late the amount of people who are doing take away which is slowing thing down as some not all but most of the chav’s try to cram at least two meals into a box and may I say even people eating in the restaurant cram so much on there plates it pure greed and again some but not all leave a fair percentage I’ve even seen people putting it into there own plastic containers!!!!! But my main complaint is bye the time I did get my meat there was no roast potatoes and was told you had run out !!! I do not eat vegetables!!!! And later before leaving there were roast potatoes back on the counter if I had been told that there was more on the way I would have waited. But to be told No we have run out you can’t serve a roast dinner without Roast potatoes!!!!!!! And if you do then you should adjust the price or offer a refund!!!!

Just ordered fish and chips + extra chips what a fantastic meal. Cooked to order in no time, the fish is best I’ve ever had and chips was perfect. Will definitely be back. 👌🏻

Ordered many time and no issue. Food is delicious.

When ordering in the past from the store in the town centre we never had an issue. But since this one has opened we've had nothing but issues. Missing toppings, something being forgotten, long delivery times etc. Recently we decided to order from them again and it was by far the worst experience I've had with a takeaway. The order took so long to arrive they emailed the next day to apologise. When it did finally arrive both pizza boxes were completely crushed and most of the toppings were stuck to the lid. To top it all off they also sent the wrong cookies, so we had to wait another 20 minutes for them to send the right ones. So safe to say I won't ever be ordering from this one ever again.
