A very pleasant village pub with excellent service and excellent staff friendly and a good pint of Bass bitter

From my parents - the Italian evening on 6 September: A delightful venue,delicious Italian dishes beautifully prepared,lovely people serving us.Now looking forward to our next visit.It was a great present to receive from our daughters in celebration of our Diamond Wedding Anniversary. Do keep us informed of future taster evenings.

Excellent service and food. The staff were attentive and very professional, while the food was hot, plentiful and delicious. A wonderful experience, Please extend our compliments to the kitchen staff for their hard work.

Used them for 8 years always satisfied. Tonight asked about a gluten free dish told yes plus another dish . Went to collect and told no such gluten free dish and no record of order. Rude, unhelpful and said we'd rung wrong number. Will never use again !!!

We always love the ambience, along with the layout of the premises. The decor adds to the relaxing and open feel aspect of your surroundings.

We visited as a group of 11. They have a great selection of food there were many options including vegan and gluten free. We pre-ordered the food. We arrived and were seated straight away. They came and took our drinks order which arrived swiftly. Considering we were a big group All the food arrived quickly it was all warm and cooked very well, we were all happy with our food. The staff were friendly and helpful the pub has nice decor. Will definitely be visiting again.
