The best restaurants serving Default food in Coventry West Midlands

Went for my friend's birthday drinks and atmosphere was 10/10!!! Thanks again to Harrison and Chloe for excellent service and for making it such a great night!

Our first time on Saturday 17th, had such a good night. The food was excellent, really well thought out menu and a great experience.

Well... this place is special isn't it just, been on my doorstep for quite a while and yet I only just found it today, sufficed to say the food is pretty stunning, I have eaten in many a place over 26 adult years but this was by far among the best of them to which I was kind shocked given I had no clue it was right by me :D Also having never drank green tea before and as there was a free cup with the meal I drank it expecting it to be bitter, but it was very nice indeed so not only did I get introduced to new food but new drink also. I will be coming back for sure. I highly recommend others try their small but perfectly done menu. They are a tribute to independent dining and family crafted foods.

Such a friendly place, dog friendly too which is lovely and lady but not least a very tasty Toasted Sandwich, a generous portion and truly yummy. Highly recommend Myrtle’s cafe

There was an urgent need for some music or something to break the silence of the place we could hear staff complaining to each other about each other which was extremely unprofessional. The service was slow and staff seemed unsure on what to do. Food was okay some of it was slightly cold we could see it had been sat on the side for some time before being bought to the table. The food tasted nice however was not the standard of the price of food

Everything was absolutely outstanding. The best Thai food I have had outside of Thailand. Everything is freshly made from scratch to order so book a few hours in advance before collection.

What a lovely find. This small cafe looks modest from outside. Tucked around the corner from Coventry station I received a warm welcome from the owners. The seating is clean and comfortable, they let me charge my phone for my journey in a socket beside the table. The breakfast was beautifully presented and delicious. An absolute gem. Thank you 😊

We ordered breakfast wraps. There was hair in my food the whole lot was binned No staff wore hair nets or hats so not surprising . Will never use this place again

Such a shame this fantastic place, all its great staff serving best tasty cakes and food has closed. Hope they make another start in the future, you are missed.

We ordered biryani, pepper chicken, egg curry, and gulab jamun for the baby shower function. The food was delicious, reminiscent of the taste we're tasted like in India. Our friends also enjoyed it immensely and highly recommend it to fellow Indians. The lingering taste and aroma of the biryani are still with me. Thank you very much!

Noticed this little hidden tap room before lockdown so was glad to say last home it a visit. Small garden area next to the Guildhall catches the sun and a great selection of beers. Since Inspire and Drapers have closed this is what is lacking. I had a Vendett and a local Triumph 1987, both very nice.Friendly staff and I will definitely be coming back.
