BiB Noodle Bar in Coventry

Bueno... este lugar es especial, ¿no es así? Estuve en mi puerta durante bastante tiempo y sin embargo, recién lo encontré hoy, basta decir que la comida es bastante impresionante, he comido en muchos lugares durante 26 años adultos, pero esto fue, con mucho, uno de los mejores de ellos con los que me sorprendió, ya que no tenía idea de que estaba justo a mi lado: D Además de no haber bebido nunca té verde antes y como había una taza gratis con la comida la bebí esperando que fuera amarga, pero era muy agradable de hecho, así que no solo me introdujeron a la nueva comida, sino también a la nueva bebida. Volveré seguro. Recomiendo encarecidamente a otros probar su menú pequeño pero perfectamente hecho. Son un homenaje a la gastronomía independiente y a los alimentos artesanales familiares.

We walked miles to sample this cuisine. I was low in expectations given the low price. However, it was absolutely delightful. Tasty cuisine with a powerful Asian influence in a relaxed and 'anything goes' surrounding. The pork belly and jasmine rice combo was unfussy but balanced, warming and filling. Unbelievable value for decent, wholesome and tasty cuisine.

Really delicious food. We had beef noodles and pork dumplings, honestly the best noodles around. They're fat and chewy, with a delicious sauce and very filling. I wish they were open every day!

Absolutely delicious. On a super blustery day, we decided to give this place a try. Pork Noodles (super thick handmade noodles), pork belly with rice, shitake mushroom with jasmine rice. All 3 dishes were full of flavour. Friendly staff giving good service. We'll be back to try more dishes.

Wow - food was amazing, the tasting menu was as good if not better than your daytime menu. Qifeng and Bradley are humble and welcoming. Brilliant evening for our sons 14th Birthday. Very friendly staff and the best hand-pulled noodles I've had. I'd previously been looking everywhere for something similar to dan dan mian but in vain - finally satisfied my craving with the delicious biang biang noodles served here! Would definitely recommend.

We’ve been eating at BIB since it opened on quite a regular basis. The menu is small but perfectly formed and it’s amazing what Qifeng can do in such a small kitchen. Bradley is the perfect host to complement his wife’s incredible cooking skills. Both are super friendly and make it known that they love to make people happy with their food. They have created a really special place here

These noodles are unique in Coventry, there is nowhere that compares. The owners of Bib are so friendly and passionate about their food, they always make us feel welcome. The tea was just right, sometimes I find tea too bitter but here it is lovely. They use really pretty dishes. Looking forward to eating here again soon.

After being introduced by a friend to this wonderful noodle bar, I’m now hooked. This was the first time I’ve had hand pulled noodles and homemade dumplings. Now there is no going back.
