Such a friendly place, dog friendly too which is lovely and lady but not least a very tasty Toasted Sandwich, a generous portion and truly yummy. Highly recommend Myrtle’s cafe

Come here frequently, and see many regulars. The coffee is good, the food is brilliant, it's reasonably priced, and most of their cakes are made in house and taste lovely. Strong recommendation, come at least once a week!

My husband and I visit this cafe regularly and came here during lockdown for our weekly takeaway coffee and cake treat.It was a lifesaver! It is so nice to be able to return to this friendly welcoming space and talk to Amy and Lydia....and we get to drink wonderful coffee and eat delicious homemade cake too. If you've not been then treat yourself!!

Easily the best coffee in Earlsdon, not to mention the amazing homemade cakes and pastries. Myrtles is great any time of day, relaxed and super friendly with a chilled atmosphere inside - the staff are very attentive and welcoming; couldn’t want for anything more in a coffee shop tbh...go here now!

I was delighted to discover this venue when I dropped my bike off for repair at Albany Cycles, directly opposite this summer, 2020. The staff are very welcoming, which is a good reason to return whenever I'm in Earlsdon. My main reason for repeat visits, however, is because they make a consistently excellent 'Flat White'. So, thank you to the staff for that because coffee isn't worth having unless it's first class. Anything less and I wouldn't bother. Sincerely, JH

Great local coffee shop. Excellent cakes and generous toasties. Staff are friendly and helpful. Difficult times but they do a great job keeping us supplied with coffee and cake with smiles.

My wife and I are regular visitors to this coffee shop where friendly efficient service combine with a decent range of food and drinks for a relaxing time. Hygiene is paramount. Bonus is you only need 6 visits for a free coffee. (Often places give the freebie after 9 or 10 visits).

Superb little coffee shop - excellent food, great coffee and most of all a lovely welcome from all the staff. A great place to meet up with friends or just to sit on your own to pass a little time. The fact that it’s always full indicates what a great little place this is.

Have been visiting this lovely cafe every other Monday for many months now with my friend. Usually great but on this occasion the raspberry bakewell served up was well and truly chargrilled. The young lady serving must have been aware of this.We are not complainers and it remained uneaten. Plenty of lovely coffee shops in Earlsdon so we will try somewhere else next time sadly

What a lovely lunch I had with my friends. We all had a delicious toastie, which was beautifully presented, coffees and a scrumptious smoothie. The staff were very polite and the service super . Will definitely be returning.

We enjoyed delicious toasted bacon, brie and cranberry sandwiches with the option of smaller portions than the triple decker on the menu. These were followed with lovely home made cake and accompanied by good quality coffee. Service is excellent but not intrusive and the staff are genuinely friendly.This coffee shop was still busy well beyond lunchtime, an indication of its popularity.

5 star is not enough. I cannot fault this coffee shop. Decor interesting and individual. Service friendly and efficient. The best flat white in Coventry. The sandwiches - interesting fillings, quality produce, generous servings. The cakes - what an array - delicious, delectable, addictive. After you visit you will become a regular because the best coffee shop in Earlsdon, the best in Coventry. A first class lesson on how to run a successful business.

Myrtles Coffee is in the heart of Earlsdon and is definitely worth visiting for meeting friends or catching up with people over a coffee. The food is good, the coffee is good, the service is brilliant and the prices are reasonable. Will definitely be revisiting soon.

It has been a while since I visited the Myrtle’s Coffee last time and I must say it was nice to see how busy the place was and how popular the Earlsdon cafe became. They have a nice selection of cakes, good choice of sandwiches and staff were very welcoming and efficient, will definitely be back!

Great little cafe serving very good homemade cakes and scones, first visit here today through my brothers recommendation.. We were very happy and will definitely return, it was very busy which is good, so will choose to go either earlier or later next time.

Have now visited several times for a coffee and usually ended up tempted to have a cake. All delicious! Lunched here this week. Toastie was really tasty and amazing value for money too. It was busy with a great atmosphere and obviously many returning customers.

Return visit and will be returning again. Friendly service, divine coffee and sandwiches to die for! My husband had the “beefy” and I had the “simple chicken”. Both were piping hot, fresh and delicious. This cafe has a small but perfect menu and a plethora of home made cakes, sadly on a diet so can’t say if they taste as good as they look!

I've returned to Myrtle's coffee shop on a number of occasions and each visit it has been outstanding! Food is great, lovely choice of coffee and tea's and the sandwiches are divine! My friends and I regularly meet for brunch and this is now our chosen place!

Met a friend for coffee she suggested here and I had to look Myrtle's to know where it was despite regularly being in Earlsdon. The staff are lovely the coffee good and all in pleasant surroundings

Based on a Trip Advisor recommendation we visited for coffee and then stayed for a second coffee, this time with cake! The staff are very friendly, coffee was delicious and we were spoilt for choice in the selection of cakes and scones available. I wasn't aware of this place because it is not on the main shopping street in Earlsdon but across the island on the road into the city centre. Busy when we visited at about 10 o'clock - seems popular with locals.

Lovely little café. Far far better than the chains like Costa & Starbucks. Great service with a smile and the home made cakes are to die for. Delayed my diet especially!

My friend lives in Earlsdon & is always telling me how nice this place is, so we decided to visit yesterday (Saturday) for lunch after shopping in the city centre.

What a lovely place this is. Lovely atmosphere and great menu. I went for the 'sticky blue with bacon'. very tasty. This is a busy place and the staff are always helpful and friendly.

The reason for this review isn't the food or the venue. It is poor customer care.

We really enjoy visiting Myrtles. Lovely place to sit and enjoy coffee and the many choices of delicious cakes on offer. Always a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

I pop in here about twice a week for a wonderful cappuccino, and biscuits or cake for my son. The service if always lovely and friendly, the atmosphere great and a lovely cheese and onion toastie. It's a lovely little oasis in Earlsdon and definitely the best cafe I've been to in a long time. Definitely worth a try. A great mix of people in there too, from Mums with kids, to people working on their laptops and lots of smiling faces. Great music too.

I have never visited a coffee shop/cafe where after spending nearly £40 on coffee, sandwiches and cake, the owner felt it was correct to put one coffee stamp on the loyalty card. When I questioned this, she indicated it was one stamp per visit, a fact that was certainly not printed on her cards, and had nothing to do with the 4 coffees that had been purchased. Very poor. I have no need for her loyalty card anymore as it went straight in the bin. Will never visit again.

The owner and the staff are fab. Great coffee, superb vegetarian toasted sandwich and homemade cake.

We love this place and visit here regularly. The coffee is great, homemade cakes are lovely and their secret breakfasts are the best! We often have bacon and egg rolls made to order with freshly made rolls which are so tasty. The service is friendly and efficient, couldn’t ask for anything more

My favourite coffee shop in Coventry! Always a warm welcome from the lovely staff and wonderful coffee, home-made cakes and sandwiches. It's a struggle knowing which cake to pick, but as a scone lover, I often go for these. They are the best I've tasted in a long while, and the jam is great too!

It could be argued that the need for another coffee shop in Earlsdon was not necessary. However Myrtles stands out of the crowd and below is why.

Walked here from Green lane because I love this quirky coffee shop. Was with a friend who loved it too. Homemade scone to die for and didn't feel at all rush even tho it was pretty full.

Myrtle's stands out from the many local coffee bars in the fact that they bake all their own cakes fresh each day and they are all delicious. The Coffee is very good as well and the sandwich menu well thought out although they are a bit chunky for me.

This place is awesome! We’ve been frequented this place a lot of times since it opened only a few months ago; the coffee is great, service even better and the cakes delicious! The chocolate brownie is a taste sensation, and the breakfast baguettes are excellent.

Although there is no shortage of coffee shops in Earlsdon, Myrtle is a welcome addition.The furniture may be quirky but there is nothing eccentric about the menu, the service and prices. Lovely coffee and tea, tasty toasties and excellent service.

My wife wanted to pop in and I'm glad she did. We were served by a lovely polite young lady and really enjoyed the experience. The owner served our beverages while our food was being prepared, she made time to chat with us and with other customers throughout our visit.

Popped in for lunch and was pleasantly surprised. Lovely friendly staff who adapted one of the toasted sandwiches to suit us. Super sandwich with lots in it, pipping hot. It's slightly tucked away from the rest of Earlsdon just round the corner from the library. Will definitely be going again.
