This place is a hidden gem. I only live around the corner and I can’t believe this is the first time I’ve tried this place. The sheesh kebab was the best I e had and because I’d not had one for so long I had the chicken balti. So nice, so flavoursome and just the right spice. The keema was packed with meat. Only £4.85 for a pint of cobra also. Honestly, can’t wait to return and try other dishes in the menu. The staff are amazing and the boss makes you feel at home. Great, food, great service and great place. Thanks guys, I we t back the following day and it was even better. The chicken jalfrezi was delicious and the best food I have ever tasted. It was 11/10 even more. I could have sat here all night and just ate the fabulous food again. Matt

Lovely little independent cafe with relaxed, friendly atmosphere

Usually quite spot on. Salad is always fresh on sandwiches. Breakfast is lacking - ordered a bacon, sausage and egg sandwich. Egg overdone - sausage a half a sausage that had been sliced in half again. Sausage only covered about 40% of the bread.

Love this place and the food. However they just can't seem to get the order correct. Ask for thin crust don't get thin crust keep reminding them thin crust and they send thin crust but wrong pizza. Ask for extra large get large. Alway very good but........ Wrong........ Used them again last week, large correct, thin crust correct, asked for balti chickin got pepperoni ffs.

I had an unbelievably bad experience at this fish and chip shop. I ordered what should have been a classic fish and chips, but instead, I got a meal that was barely edible. The fish was overcooked and dry, and the chips were soggy and tasted like they’d been sitting out all day. But the worst part wasn’t the food—it was the appalling customer service. When I politely mentioned the quality issue, hoping for a fresh batch or even just an apology, I was instead met with pure hostility. The staff called me a “chancer” and acted like I was trying to get something for free, which was offensive and completely uncalled for. Instead of showing any hint of professionalism, they seemed more interested in arguing than in actually helping their customers. If you want decent food and to be treated with basic respect, avoid this place at all costs. There are plenty of better fish and chip shops around that serve good food and actually care about their customers. This was a complete waste of time and money, and I won’t be back. If you check other reviews they state they will show CCTV but when I went to view it they lied and said they no longer have it.

Hi silly sausage...I would have gave 5 stars all round but the beans on my medium breakfast were cold...other than ghat it was very enjoyable

Rubbish food customer service was aweful. Orderd grilled chciken burgers for my kids. Was uncooked and the amount of red chillies were on the burger was unreal. Rang resturant they didnt wana know and said nothing can be done. Jokers. Avoid.

Order pizza and donner box fantastic and quick service portion was enough for 2 people really recommend!

Ordered from here for years, sadly I have recently moved from my parents and now can not get this Chinese and I am failing to find anything that compares (but always order a cheeky one when I visit my parents ;))
