Last weekend, I decided to treat myself to something special, so I visited Dolce Desserts for the first time. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the sweet aroma of freshly baked pastries and the sight of beautifully decorated cakes. I couldn’t help but smile as I looked through the menu, struggling to choose between their creamy cheesecakes and their rich chocolate brownies. In the end, I went with their signature tiramisu, and it was absolutely divine. Every bite melted in my mouth, and I knew I’d be coming back soon

Went today for 99p matilda cake. And so glad i did . 45 minute wait was worth every bite of tat matilda cake. Surely the best matilda in town. Their cookie doughs are good as well and they do 2 for 1 deals on uber eats. My girls order every week

Waited 20 minutes in the line up to be told that the 99p Ramadan offer item was sold out and to come back in 1 hour. We confirmed that we'd need 4 and the girl at the counter said she'd remember us. When we went back, waited in the line AGAIN only to be told that it's now 1 per customer. More than anything, it's the principle of the thing. The customer service here is abysmal, avoid like the plague. Jumped up teenagers get daddy's money to open a business and have no idea how to run it.

Visited this Dolce’s on a very busy night, understandably so as the deserts are literally the bestttt in all of birmingham! Despite being so busy the service did not lack, Nafees hosted me and my family spectacularly, helped guiding my mum in what would best fulfil her sugar cravings, and helped us in picking out the best flavoured milkshakes. Big shout out to Nafees, thank you so much!

Matilda cake was delicious and the shakes tasted fresh

Ordered for pick up on uber eats. They didn’t have lotus milk cake in stock so they asked to reselect item. Chose the kinder bueno milk cake instead. Apparently they don’t have that in stock either so instead selected lotus pancakes. Had to create 2 separate orders as it wouldn’t let me combine my new selection. Maybe it was a fault on uber. Anyway, they don’t notify you when the food is ready. Someone really needs to keep on top of their online orders and actually let their customers know when to arrive for pick up. You get a notification saying food is ‘probably ready’. Order time given was 15-20 minutes. Waited 20 mins and went to shop for pickup as had to guess when it was ready. They said they gave our order to someone else??? Then had to wait an additional 10 minutes for our food. Upon getting the food, got back to the car and they missed an item. Had to go back in again. Desserts weren’t even worth it, cold and dry pancakes, horrible tasting ice cream with it. Poor service, rude staff, no complementary gestures either for their appalling mistake. Not to mention, their phone line is a dead number. Terrible, do not recommended.

I wouldn't even give the service a 1 ir anything else. I have just ordered I got the custard no cake. Prices are to much but I didn't even get my order. Tried calling the shop you can't get through it cuts off. I paid £9 for my order and didn't even get what I wanted it's a disgusting service.

I have around 4 to 5 times now from Dolce desserts. I do like them overall but the doughnuts are really let down. When you are spending £19.99 on 12 doughnuts, you do not expect to just have a standard one with different chocolates sprinkled on them. Cookie dough, waffles and shakes are 👍

The selection of desserts was amazing, and everything I tried was not only beautifully presented but also tasted incredible. I was served by Nafees who was friendly and welcoming, making the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend trying their milkshakes and kunafa brownie it's a must-have! I can't wait to come back for more sweet indulgence!

The ferrero deluxe cookie dough is absolutely delicious, not too gooey and not over cooked. The San Sebastián cheesecake is also a favourite!

Save your money. Probably the worst customer service ever. Staff didn’t even know what time they close, didn’t know the prices. Kept asking someone who was sitting at a table surrounded with their friends. Completely off putting. Terrible desserts, brownie was rock hard, absolutely abysmal size for the price. Only slightly decent thing was the ice cream. Never again!

Me and my partner ordered food on just eat and it never shown up. We been waiting for nearly 2 hours to arrive and it keeps saying it's been delivered when no driver is outside our house.
