Having never tried this place I was pretty dubious because of unpleasant experiences at other local establishments. But my fears were totally unfounded as parking was a dream for a disabled person like me and after entering I met a pleasant chap at the front who provided me with a milk cake upon request and offered other enticing deserts. After accepting the suggestion of a unique toasted top cheesecake lathered with pistachio sauce and a few niceties with the young man, I hobbled out to my car with my walking stick. As I was just about to leave the gentleman who had served me in the shop came out carrying two desert boxes and informed me that a previous customer had left the two desserts and he would be happy if I could take them with me to try them (I personally believe he was gifting me these items because of his high mindedness and kind heart). I was really astounded by the young man's generosity and "over and beyond" level of customer service. I'm well aware that in this current environment of austerity giving stuff away for free is not easy, but the big heart of this employee still took me by suprise. I offered to pay for the items but the gentleman insisted that I take them for free and let him know how they were. This level of service is not only rare nowadays but non existent. I commend this employee and this establishment for keeping my faith in "outside food". I for one will definitely be attending this place again not only because of the mind blowing service received but the quality of the desserts was sublime....i just wish I had taken some pictures before devouring it!

We went here and they were extremely busy and short staffed. We really wanted to order but were told that there would be an approximate of 40 minutes and could be more as they are very busy. We ended up not eating here but I respect the guy being honest and that's the reason for leaving a 5* review

The milkshake is stale and hard to drink was force to use spoon and the waffle was stale, my child hates it.

Just bought 6 milkshakes and a waffle however the waffle was not properly made inside and I am unsure why the milkshakes are runny. Did attempt to call but unfortunately it goes to voicemail.

I find myself ordering from here again and again. My family and I love everything from here. They have the best Matilda cake and my children love the Oreo Milkshake, it’s the best we’ve tasted by far. Well done, keep it up

My order was missing ice cream which was meant to come with the cookie dough I specifically said not to make the milkshake pure milk but thick with ice cream but clearly didn’t read notes the strawberries were off on the waffles and cold

Should read the reviews first. Kept delaying & then it said it's been delivered. 2 hours later & it's hasn't come. Number goes straight to voicemail each time you ring. Some reviews are good so do they pick & choose who they want to deliver to?

First time we had it was nice we ordered cookie dough Second time we had it the cakes tasted stale. The san sebastian cheesecake and kanafeh was out of stock, the custard was cold, the order was messed up. So how in two minds of this place. Best thing is to do just eat the original cookie dough because only thing that was nice.

Ordered a cookie dough and milkshake came to £18.95 , cookie dough was over cooked to the point it was a rock hard substance. And the portion was tiny literally about half a centimetre in depth and didn’t fill tin at all. Literally go anywhere else for your cookie dough.

I went to get a kinder Buenos milkshake. The first one was milk with no flavour. Drove back to change it. The next 1 looked better. Drove away as had an appointment. Unfortunately with each sip, there was the plastic from the kinder wrapping!!!! Such a shame! Tried calling them but the number doesn't even work.

Desserts arrived nearly 2 hours after an online order. The ice creams were melted, literally milk. The milkshakes were warm. No disposable cutlery was provided or straws for the shakes. Disappointing service especially after waiting so long for the desserts. Had to have cookie dough and waffles without ice cream so was a little dry to eat. Tried calling the branch but the phone number doesn’t work.

The food was so bad i couldn’t even eat it, I had ordered a cookie dough around 11pm before closing time & they had given me a soggy cookie dough and didn’t even give me the right ice cream so i couldn’t even have that! I’m so disappointed i wouldn’t have never expected from this desert company! 0/10

Extremely bad service, they don’t answer the phones, no delivery updates and the items arrived 45 minutes late. The desserts were nice no doubt but we ordered a lot and our guests had left by the time the order came. Oh and the hot items were not hot either! Service needs improving

Pre-ordered a delivery from here to arrive at 6pm… order was confirmed when they opened at 5.15pm… 6pm came and no sign of the goods anywhere so asked at 6.05pm where our food was and got a message to say it would arrive by 6.30pm, then waited another 35 minutes for it to actually arrive. Tasted good but service was shocking and kids were in bed by time it finally arrived!

I've ordered numerous times in the past but yesterday's order was absolutely horrible. I understand that the dozen doughnuts are on offer but that doesn't mean you just stick a biscuit or piece of chocolate in the middle with no other toppings. Overloaded with milk chocolate. In future if you can't do a decent job just cancel the order.

To give my honest option I ordered concrete custard and it took out my son’s 2 teeth. Custard was cold

I ordered the student deal Flake milkshake so milkly no sauce or whipped cream I asked and paid for same with kinder beanu one just milk and a chocolate bar, the waffle so dry no sauce tiny bit of crumble and bananas that I didn’t ask for really dissatisfied 😒

we've always been a fan of Dolces but sadly this order was not how it usually is. I don't know if the owners have changed or what but the quality was poor. The crepes were under cooked, baclava was so stale that I couldn't even get a knife through it , the crookie was nothing as described and the croissant part was stale. Even the packaging that usually comes well presented was cheap compared to the usual attention to detail. So disappointing & has put us off using them again and we loved them

Twice in a row I have ordered for delivery and both times custard has been cold and fudge cake has been rock solid and cold it either came straight out the fridge or it was stale, either way not acceptable to the point of driving the delivery back to the shop to complain as no one answers the phone to the shop and to be told they could not offer a refund, not even for the delivery charge. To top it off the delivery driver sat outside for 5 minutes before he knocked the door. Terrible do not order from here!!!
