I ordered the habibi's pistachio kunafeh brownie and this has become one of my top desserts. The brownie is decadent and fudgy, the kunafeh pistachio topping is crunchy and sweet, this is topped off with a chocolate layer and chocolate/pistachio sauces that make this dessert absolutely delicious.The brownie is also very big and filling. Can easily share this. The service was quick and the staff were very friendly. The place itself is clean and nicely done up with a relaxed atmosphere and nice aesthetics. Great experience, I would definitely order this dessert again.

Amazing food and amazing service

The milkshakes were not good. I beleive they used tub ice cream not machine. The prices are premium and actual product was below average. Also had the milk cake and was disappointed. This was my first visit to dolce desserts however and they say first impressions count so its a negative from me.

Waited almost an hour and a half, desserts 30 minutes late and waffles freezing cold and soggy. No straws for milkshakes, which did not taste like the flavours that were ordered and were so milky. Paid extra for extra scoops of ice cream and didn't receive them. You can't call the shop as it rings and cuts off. Found a mobile number for someone that wasn't even at the shop. Shocking service and terrible desserts a score of 1 is too good.

I really enjoyed the pancakes(Dolce Deluxe), crepes(Baklava Bomb), and San Sebastian cheesecake(Milk chocolate) — all absolutely delicious! The vibe was cozy and inviting, and the friendly staff made the experience even better. A perfect spot for a sweet treat and great atmosphere!

Terrible place, I'd advise you to save your money and go elsewhere. Unclean and very unprofessional. It was clear that the place wasn't taken care of and hadn't been properly cleaned in a long time. Basic drinks were of a very poor quality. I'd dread to think what the food would be like.

Lovely desserts and good service

Waited 20 minutes in the line up to be told that the 99p Ramadan offer item was sold out and to come back in 1 hour. We confirmed that we'd need 4 and the girl at the counter said she'd remember us. When we went back, waited in the line AGAIN only to be told that it's now 1 per customer. More than anything, it's the principle of the thing. The customer service here is abysmal, avoid like the plague. Jumped up teenagers get daddy's money to open a business and have no idea how to run it.

Desserts 10/10 customer service was 10/10 would recommend any day of the week. Seriously does not deserve these bad reviews!

Went today for 99p matilda cake. And so glad i did . 45 minute wait was worth every bite of tat matilda cake. Surely the best matilda in town. Their cookie doughs are good as well and they do 2 for 1 deals on uber eats. My girls order every week

Last weekend, I decided to treat myself to something special, so I visited Dolce Desserts for the first time. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the sweet aroma of freshly baked pastries and the sight of beautifully decorated cakes. I couldn’t help but smile as I looked through the menu, struggling to choose between their creamy cheesecakes and their rich chocolate brownies. In the end, I went with their signature tiramisu, and it was absolutely divine. Every bite melted in my mouth, and I knew I’d be coming back soon

Visited this Dolce’s on a very busy night, understandably so as the deserts are literally the bestttt in all of birmingham! Despite being so busy the service did not lack, Nafees hosted me and my family spectacularly, helped guiding my mum in what would best fulfil her sugar cravings, and helped us in picking out the best flavoured milkshakes.
