The best restaurants serving Default food in Bordesley Green Birmingham West Midlands

I ordered Platter for two people and it was the worst order I have ever had! The lamb chops were like rubber, tasteless and not cooked well ( You should mention to the barbecue guy to grill the food slowly and try to leave the chops take time in the sauce and spices at least one day before selling them ). I throw the wings in rubbish as they look burnt ( PLEASE DO NOT USE AIR MACHINE TO GRILL THE FOOD FAST!!!! LET THE FIRE GRILLS IT SLOWLY ) Lamb Tikka was good while the shawarma needed more spices. Please mention to your staff to follow the customer's notes as I asked for more grilled tomatoes and they didn't send them. I hope the manager will listen to these notes and ask the staff to follow them. ( Customer feedback is the way to improve your skills and be at the top )

Really tried to love this establishment but the inconsistency amongst the food is terrible. I have spent hundreds of pounds over the last 6 weeks with them for the family during our move and settle in and the food has always either been cold, melted, or most recently inedible. The owner tried to offer us freebies for the few times they made awful mistakes, like packing ice cream on top of hot food and then wondering why it arrives a cup of milk! however the final straw for me was finding a big black curly hair in my waffle balls. I had to contact the safety and support team at UBER who refused to do anything other then feedback to the restaurant ,I couldn’t even think about eating anything else due to how sick I felt. They eventually refunded me for the item once they verified the picture. Uber are useless and I am sick of calling the restaurant to complain! I will not spend my money here again now. It’s a shame because the food is tasty but with the hair in my dessert and having to throw it away! I’d rather not. Picture below is what I found in amongst my waffle balls, lodged in to the chocolate! And no I don’t have any hair on my head, I’m bald by choice and none of us have Black hair!! Vile!

Food is good, fish lovely and crispy with light batter. Mush peas cooked to perfection,Not as busy as it used to be. Service wasn’t the friendliest and was rushed considering how quiet it was.

The food was really amazing and delicious, I really enjoyed the atmosphere, The people there were friendly. I recommend it with a large group of people!!!

Didn’t even get the chance to try the food if your opening time states 2:00pm please open on time as I left work on my break to wait outside till 2:45 and your still closed that’s really annoying and rude and what’s with your shop number just going to voicemail something about Ramadan Mubarak that’s was months about !!!!!!! Fix up wasted my whole break and going back hungry joke of a place

Ordered 2x curry mutton and rice and peas for my best friend and son and hake for myself. Mutton was very meaty and tasty and my hake was delicious. Just wish I could have had mine has a meal with rice and peas. Will definitely order from here again. Also the meal was on time. Thank you guys.

I wanted delivery not collection and your phones are off and not taking calls. so refund the transaction.

Have ordered from here before, food is lovely and good portion sizes. They didnt have everything which we had ordered butbwe had a phone call within minutes to explain this and ask what alternatives we wanted. Cannot fault the food. So tasty
