The best restaurants serving Default food in College Teignbridge South West

I've visited the Corner Flag Bar several times to watch the football. They have Sky Sports and BT Sport, as well as well-priced beer and great food! The Corner Flag has 5 HD flat screen TV's, including a new 60" screen, and also two projectors. I've also attended a couple of functions here, including a birthday party and wake. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, and the venue is ideal for parties of up to 100. They even offer free room hire!

A good Christmas Dinner, hot and tasty. Service was very good too.

Very nice cafe tucked away in Newton Abbot, great surroundings, good food, lovely staff. Perfect for a meet up, chat, and of course something to eat fro an excellent menu.

Over priced for what it was. Burnt bacon no sauce on food even tho asked for it on there. Rude service.

We used to visit this place a lot under the previous owners as it was a fab place to bring our little one. Sadly we were sorely disappointed on our first trip under new ownership. The back “play” room was cold with no lights or background music and the few toys there were not in a good state at all. When we went to order food they said all they had on was hot drinks and cake. As we’d arrived with a hungry little boy looking for lunch we left without getting anything and, very sadly, had to resort to a local chain rather than supporting a small independent business 😕

I have been a customer since the very beginning. Extremely friendly service and friendly regular customers also. Ly-Ann is very welcoming to everyone. Superb service and coffee!

Was there for a pool match. No complaints.

The Country Table is one of my favorite cafes in town, the food is always lovely. We stopped in for lunch on the 10th April and went up to order. I was expecting to be greeted with a smile and a hello but sadly this didn't happen. We gave our order and felt a bit of an inconvenience. The lady on the till engaged warmly with her colleague but sadly not with us. Good customer service and a smile go a long way especially in today's market with lots of competition in town. So all in all the food was great but sadly the customer service could have been warmer.

Our first visit today was a great success, after travelling down from east Devon and having shopped locally we needed some lunch, we have been to most of the other eateries in the area over the years and wanted to try something new. We were tempted in by the specials board outside and l ordered the Mediterranean lasagne, garlic bread and salad garnish with a side of fries as an extra, my wife had a breakfast and we shared a pot of tea. We were served at the table shortly after we sat down by polite, efficient young staff. The food was well cooked and presented, really tasty just as we had hoped. To our delight when I paid the bill it came to well under £24! Keep up the good work, you will have our custom again when in the area. Regards, Uncle Pudders.

It's not often I am wanting more, but having experienced twelve twenty's amazing food, incredible cocktails and fantastic and passionate staff, I will be back! A calamari starter to tempt the taste buds, and a cheesy garlic bread, followed by pizzas and sundaes! Normally pizzas leave you heavy and stuffed. Their light crusts and exceptionally well balanced flavours of both the ones we ordered just hit the spot! Bravo to the team. Compliments to the chef. We shall return!!

Another Grandchild Another Fabulous Lunch!! This Restaurant has never let me down! As we entered the room we were greeted by IMY with a Smile and a Welcome as though she was expecting us. ( she does not know me & I had not booked! ) Prompt Service with a Smile! Great advice on what she recommended Fricken Chicken…..Amazing Meat 59 with Salad and all the dressings Plus Rosemary Fries!! Not forgetting My Chilled Pinot Grigio!! Tilly also looked after us and we will definitely return for another Granny Treat. Thank You

Very poor customer service. Two very young employees who seemed to struggle to get ice creams without each other's help. One was meant over the ice cream unit looking like she was so hungover and didn't want to be there. I used my manners but had no thanks from them.

Fantastic family meal at Toby Lamb was mouthwatering, veg was fresh staff were friendly Outside needs some attention but all in all we will be back
