The best restaurants serving Default food in West Oxfordshire South East

Despite being a quiet Wednesday evening and the only ones in the restaurant we were made to feel very welcome and not rushed at all. Food was fantastic and extremely well cooked. Portions were good. Met Max the cat as well who made the experience even better. Really recommend going to the restaurant and am shocked it wasn’t more busy!

This shop is, amaizng....I have never been to such a shake shop. I love the vibes, very retro. I have been here like 30 times in the past 5 years and have gotten the same thing every single time...bc I am too scared to try anything else 😛 regardless of my uninformed palate, the shake shop delivers quality each and every single time.. def would recommend 🤗

This is a lovely cafe. Friendly staff and really tasty food. We had a salad which was generous and very good. Really enjoyed the visit. We would come again.

This is another trip to Humble bumble cafe ..a really - and I mean really excellent cafe in Brize Norton Toasties ; pasties ; scones ( the cheese are superb ) ; cakes ; brownies ☺️ Today was me having the parsnip soup And take away festive sausage rolls The parsnip soup .. just the BEST .. I’ve had in ages .. lightly spiced and so parsnipy Really good cheese and chutney toastie I’m not very local .. but I’ll be back ☺️

Paddy came to our glamping site at short notice. Communication beforehand was great - responses were swift making it stressfree to arrange. Service was with a smile and the pizzas were delicious. We had a large group of families - the adults and the children all enjoyed the pizzas! I would highly recommend Paddy and Cotswold Pizza Co. Thank you Paddy.

First visit to Pobi Bakery, ordered the picnic box for lunch. Amazing, such a lovely treat. The two girls were really friendly. Would definitely recommend this bakery.

We absolutely loved our takeaway on Saturday. So tasty and filling and delicious. We had three of the pitacos between four and it worked perfectly.

Had a lovely experience here, the weather was great which made the experience even better. The food was delicious, wasn't sure what to expect but all of it was delicious. Highly recommend to anyone who wants indoor outdoor experience in the countryside.

Fantastic service and produce. During lockdown we ordered four cheese and meat boxes which we collected socially distanced. Amazing beautiful cheese, celery, vine tomatoes, cracker and chutney. We also added salami and various meats. Beautiful and fresh. Recently they made a larger hamper for a 50th birthday which was also so gorgeous and fresh. I can’t wait for shops to be opened as normal so I can shop with them directly and spend some time looking at their vast selection of quality and fresh produce. So friendly and helpful. Recommend to all

Great coffee, warm & friendly staff. Loved the Anzac biscuits! Lovely place to come & just wile away the time & warm up on a cold day.

Our iced coffees were fine. But we thought to have a snack of Indian street food (masala chips; chicken samosas). This took a surprisingly long time to arrive for street food, and it was greasy and almost impressively unpalatable (and not cheap). Also there are no toilets here (you have to go down the street to the appallingly maintained public loos). In short, I would go here again to sit in the courtyard and have a coffee, but definitely avoid the savoury food.

Teenage son and I almost fell out on an unexpected 180 mile round trip as he wanted to eat and I wanted good coffee - at traffic lights I spotted the sign for TEA ROOM and pulled in. What a find! Lovely tables and chairs, pictures on the wall. Small menu, but everything freshly made / made to order - can't fault it all. Son had sausage sandwich and I had smoked salmon, fresh brown bread with salad garnish and crisps. Coffee came in a cafetiere (oh joy!) and we both had the coffee and walnut cake. Highly recommend this delightful little place. Sad that I live so far away -but I hope to be back coffee and cake!
