The best Mexican we have ever had! The Chilli and Fajitas were delicious. Lovely, friendly service - we hope to be back soon!

I live very close to this place and have always seen it busy - and new I must go there! I’m very glad I did. Turned up on a cold December night with some friends, to find a well stocked bar with amazing service, and some of the best pizzas I’ve ever eaten. Will 100% come back, with more hungry people!

As a party of five we decided to try everything on the menu. At first I thought that the menu was very small. However the two starters were exquisite, the main meals were divine and the mac and cheese was to die for. The two waiting staff were exceedingly friendly, the host came and personally introduced himself and getiing into a conversation regarding the history of the place. The Chef, however, is in my opinion, the best Caribbean Chef in the world. When I'm back in Folkestone I will definitely be dining here again. Now I'm off to sleep.

Gone downhill recently. Waiting times are horrendous, both weekend and weekday. If you order online they don't text you when you order's ready or anything. You just have to go along and wait (1/2 hour in addition to the 1hr waiting at home before going to see if it was ready) or phone to see if it's ready. I phoned tonight after allowing twice the minimum waiting time and was told there was "no order" for my address. I said I'm collecting. No order for me... I said I've paid online. Still no sign of any order for me! I couldn't listen to any more excuses, so I hung up. Five minutes later I get a call "we have your order and your food is ready.". I didn't really want it by then but I had paid for it. The food's ok, but the service is abysmal and I won't be ordering again.

Brilliant local pub,very reasonable prices and welcoming staff. Friendly atmosphere and always entertainment over the weekends as well as weekly Thursday quiz night . The current owners have been there 2 years and have really turned it around. Dog and child friendly also

Best battered sausage, spam fritter and chips that I've had in quite a while

I don't like to complain but it was the worst meal we have had food was cold steak was tough my children aren't picky eaters but even they couldn't eat won't be back

We stopped here for a cocktail with a view to dining if we liked the look of the menu. The young man, Freddie, who served us was polite and attentive. He was in his second week there (a student in his gap year) and doing very well. The cocktails were nice, the food was lovely and we thought, reasonably priced for the quality of the restaurant. Would definitely return should we find ourselves in Folkstone again. Thank you for a very enjoyable dinner with such good service.

The food was decent but the cheeseburger wasn’t as good but the ice cream was really nice all different foods there was I would recommend

Burgers were superb, service was excellent. Place had a lovely vibe and was full, even on a Wednesday evening. £5 cocktails looked amazing. Will definitely be returning.

Having been intended to eat at Viet Street since last October I eventually made it for father's day and enjoyed it so much came back again 5 days later, authentic really great food, fresd and full of taste, the service was good and waitress very knowledgeable and helpful, realistic prices, a must go if you like South Asian food. I decided to try the sweet and sour chicken balls, as I can usually tell how good a Chinese is by trying them first, have to say that they were piping hot and full of chicken inside, only thing was the sauce pot wasn't big enough it was the smallest one you usually get. I will definitely return to try something else off the menu soon

Spent £67.00 last night. Very small portions, no free popadoms or sauces or salad. Will never use again. Look after your good paying customers. Very limited service.
