Viet Street in Shepway

It was an accidental but great find as I thought it was only a takeaway, but we were wrong! The outside is deceiving. Fantastic and authentic Vietnamese food. I had the summer rolls, which were the best I've had in the UK. My partner had the chicken flat rice noodles in spicy soup, which he enjoyed. We would revisit when next in Folkestone.

Lovely freshly prepared and tasty Vietnamese food . Very reasonably priced . I really enjoyed the prawn curry and rice , highly recommend .

Mixed seafood noodles was ok, although light on seafood (3 prawns and a few pieces of squid). The glass noodles with chicken was very bland. The chicken was basically chopped, boiled/roast chicken with no added seasoning. Would not go back as there are far better places to eat noodles in Folkestone.

Brilliant food, great service!! We came her for my favourite Bánh xèo and papaya salad I used to have nearly every day in Phú Quốc. 😋😋

Having been intended to eat at Viet Street since last October I eventually made it for father's day and enjoyed it so much came back again 5 days later, authentic really great food, fresd and full of taste, the service was good and waitress very knowledgeable and helpful, realistic prices, a must go if you like South Asian food. Thanks for your recommendations Paul Parker, now been twice in a week 🤣 Dave M

Amazing food - huge portions (I couldn’t finish mine so I got the rest to take away) and the most friendly staff. Reasonable prices too! Will definitely be back

Lacked some atmosphere, but then I was the only one dining. Service was OK, and the staff were polite and attentive. Food was lovely and hot and prepared fresh to order.

We showed up starving and ordered around 6 different things on the menu. All of it was incredible! The staff were friendly, the food came out fast, the price was reasonable and the food, wow. The spicy beef noodle soup was a show stopper, the sweet and sour prawns were on point, the chicken pancake was incredible, and the vegetarian spring rolls blew our minds. 10/10,will be a regular here
