The best restaurants serving Default food in River Medway South East

Funny that. I produced my blue light card and the boy with curtains behind the till smugly pointed out that they don't accept blue light card (as if I was supposed to know that a card I've paid to use and had to produce photo ID for to apply would not be accepted) The kid then said if you have photo ID from your School you work in then I can accept. I don't often carry around my work ID but I do carry around my blue light card. This was a little embarrassing as the most I was going to get was £2.00 discount anyway as it is only applicable to one person. I had booked a table for 16 people which we all paid £328.00 altogether plus drinks. It seems this place is clawing back what it can to be so stringent to not allow £2.00 back. What it has allowed is for 16 negative reviews coming your way from our party who all felt embarrassed and awkward. (To put it in perspective, 2 out of the 16 are teachers who couldn't use a valid blue light card) They wouldn't let the rest of my party in to sit down and wait. Leaving my elderly Nan standing for 35 minutes. You all have a lot to fix here and they are easy fixes. Customer service has evolved and even the basics are not met here. It's a shame as there are a lot of negative reviews on here and yet the restaurant is still busy. Don't risk it. Go elsewhere.

OASIS CAFE in gillingham is The place to avoid. This is not Sunday roast is a frozen slobber trying to get covered by gravy, which I have specifically requested to be added on the side But the cook decided he was not in the mood. Extremely rude staff that do not care about any dietary requirements, and are extremely rude , actually raising their voice to The Customer and second One putting The Phone down when you complain. Just Eat UK should remove this nonsence of Cafe from their platform P.S Even my Dog refused to Eat it

Excellent the chicken burgers are delicious the service is fantastic and I would highly recommend.The place is clean and tidy I would be a bit strict on some of the people they allow to eat their as they show little or no respect to the staff.

Terrible customer service, terrible food that's not fresh, cold building with mouldy bathroom. Complained about two meals and sent them back because not even a desperate person would eat that for free and the waitress still added it to the bill with no apology for the appalling food which she claimed was cooked fresh when it clearly wasn't and was reheated and tasteless.

What a horrible person. Looks like I’m not the only one complaining about him. How is he still in a job? Chatham - please start boycotting this miserable excuse of a place.

Avoid like the plague. Food is NOT cooked fresh. Left under a heat lamp by the look of it...for hours! Shrivelled up, dry and hard. Even the dog refused to eat it! Order elsewhere to avoid disappointment.
