Avoid like the plague. Food is NOT cooked fresh. Left under a heat lamp by the look of it...for hours! Shrivelled up, dry and hard. Even the dog refused to eat it! Order elsewhere to avoid disappointment.

The food was delayed twice from when it was first ordered - Also the Nutella shake was not there at all. I could not call the resteraunt to get it fixed

Was meant to get gelato with one waffle, nothing. And ordered 2 strawberry & banana pancake, they didn’t even use a whole banana for the 2 pancakes & literally had 3 tiny slices of strawberry on the both, absolute waste of money. Wish I read the reviews first.! AVOID BUYING FROM HERE

Probably wont order from here again ordered over an hour with only 3 items had to ring up to ask where it is was told 5 mins still waiting now

Food portions are small considering the price. Crepes were the only thing enjoyable about our order. Chips were very very greasy, cooked in old oil. Burgers were mostly sauce and salad, what little chicken there was was so over cooked. The burger buns were soggy as if they’ve been defrosted. Chicken wings were very sad looking, looked like they’d been through a grinder and barely any meat on the bone. Also over cooked. Used to order from here a few years ago and has gone downhill, won’t be back.

First time ordering and it was a great choice. We enjoyed every single thing we ordered. I highly recommend the piri piri chicken wrap and fried!

The burger was squished between the waffle and the churros. It was so squished some of it leaked through to the box. The Chips were stone cold and I did not eat. The waffle was cold and soggy but only realised after the first section and so I ate the toppings. The milkshake was more like a smoothy, and the custard was cold. It was more like it should have been on a tart not for churros. This is the first time I have had problems with Pizza Fellas food and I am appaulled. The driver tilted the bag and slammed it on the floor and it took ages to get to the resteraunt.

Order Ferrero Rocher waffle got ice cream instead

Delivery was late and there was no milkshakes and the food was so cold it felt like it had just come out of Fridge

Corn on the cobs were stone cold! Chicken sauce was awful!

Always mixing up things when I order from here, last couple of times it was the dessert, these time I specified about it in the note for the restaurant, but I get the main course wrong.

Was told that they were out of hummus, after they had said the food arrived even though it hadn’t even left the restaurant. Food was cold.

I ordered the lamb gormet burger it sounded very nice with chilli sauce ect, I RECIEVED A BEEF BURGER THAT TASTED LIKE IT HAD COME OFF A BURGER VAN ordered kids meal of grilled chicken wings RECIEVED EXTREMELY SPICY PERI PERI WINGS tbh I don’t think they know what they’re selling! BUT we had the chocolate bar shake and they were delicious! Won’t waste my money here again though food was okay even if it wasn’t what was ordered, just feel totally wasted money in this shop

I want a refund!!!! Half of my order is missing, the greasy hummos is all over the soggy burgers and I'm allergic to anything strawberry and I was brought a strawberry ice cream instead passionfruit. There is a tea spoon of whipped cream in a pot that looks left over from someone else. The restaurant shut as soon as my order was placed so I couldn't call to check where my order was, let alone to complain. DISGUSTING do not order from here.

So I order my food and call your restaurant to ask for no onions in my wrap . Unfortunately I called about 10 times or more to tell you guys but I had no answer , which is ridiculous. I’ve received my food with onions. Such bad service from you all APART from the delivery driver she was a star and early too which was great. I will not be ordering from you guys again .

Great tasty food! the size of the contents of burger could be bigger, and the wings could have been charred a bit more but its very very very tasty!! (I wouldn't recommend the coleslaw though) Will order again.

Ordered a wrap and asked for no mayonnaise, was sent my wrap and it had other sauces not mentioned in the description so called and asked for no sauce, was sent a replacement but did take nearly an hour to arrive. Food was good though and would order again for sure

The food was good, the waffle a little bit over cooked , And the Garlic bread was rock hard I threw it at the wall and it went through what are you putting in the bread ? Now Iv got a while to patch up 🤷‍♂️

Food was amazing!!!!! Chicken strips were delicious and the halloumi was cooked perfectly! All hot and on time! Good price too!

Both burgers were cold when delivered also both milkshakes were missing along with the peri peri chips. To be honest the restaurant did contact me with apologies and sent food again. Very expensive for what your given and poor quality this time. Milkshakes great tho. First time of ordering so I'll steer clear in future.

Just had the deserts and they were very nice, definitely would order from here again
