Excellent the chicken burgers are delicious the service is fantastic and I would highly recommend.The place is clean and tidy I would be a bit strict on some of the people they allow to eat their as they show little or no respect to the staff.

Me & husband ordered a mountain burger each, some onion rings and spicy chicken wings, all was cooked to perfection and nice and hot and was delivered in good time

Why are people still going to cottage chicken in the high street it’s absolutely rubbish the chicken that they serve was not good it was cold the delivery was late please go to a different chicken shop like taste the deference just up the high street past the traffic lights It Offers i100% better tasting chicken than chicken cottage Money wise it’s much better this place deserves to be shut down because they are ripping people off and there food to me does not taste fresh at all Where do chicken cottage get there chicken from I wonder !!!!!

Our order was not all there my partner had his but mine was missing and we rang up only to be told your delivery driver must have eaten it very poor customer service

My friends and myself loves this place!!! We have found most new places start off well and then it goes down hill! But this place has standards :) They actually care about the food they sell. I think the European lady is the manager and is very good at looking after this place... all the customers in here look happy! A gem in Chatham... keep up the good work guys!!

We ordered on just eat and the driver “apparently” waited 20mins to deliver... even though we had been waiting 2 hours and then considering we called and confirmed our phone number, with the restaurant direct, twice and still no call from the driver to find out where we were (which for clarity was a very simple building to find with one door). Just eat and chicken cottage pointed the finger at each other for blame and only offered a 50% refund! Not acceptable

Food was terrible. Chicken tasteless, chips dry, hard and cold and veggie wrap burnt. Will not be using this restaurant again.

So I made an order on uber eats, as you can see in my order I asked for a chicken kebab wrap. Not only does the packaging say “Lamb kebab” but the wrap was also filled with lamb. I rung the shop up and they basically told me I was lying and that it was chicken, and told me that the writing on the packaging was a mistake. I can assure you this tastes and smells like lamb, AND looks like it too. I hung up in anger as they didn’t seem to be doing anything to correct my order. In all the experience with this place was shocking and their customer service was very bad. Never going here again, not being called a liar over the phone when it’s clearly lamb.
