The best restaurants serving Default food in Marine Adur South East

I’m only giving the food 1 star because the clam chowder was good and my husband liked his seafood alfredo. They had no lemons, the lobster bisque was little to be desired, they don’t carry the lobster roll anymore(what seafood restaurant doesn’t have that on the menu?), the chicken on my salad was hard and seemed like it was cooked the day before and there was a hair in my salad. They did refund my salad. So to say the least we will not go back. It has gone downhill.

Last night we had one of our most idyllic meals which was perfect for our needs. A combination of “smaller plates” made the meal so memorable with superb flavours. Oysters, tempura prawns, mussels and dressed crab salad. Without doubt our favourite restaurant.

Walked in & asked for a americano & veggie sausage roll = 7.15£ & they ask 50p some syrup even though they didn’t have the one I asked ( Honey) , taller woman was very rude , clearly she likes the normal looking person over people like myself using there overpriced bakery , I have used the place for nearly 4 years & I can say I’ll never use it again..

I went with my girlfriend to this when I visited Shoreham recently and I loved it. We ordered bread battered chicken, chips and a margarita pizza to share. The restaurant has a stone bake oven and the pizza was amazing. Definitely the best Pizza in Shoreham in my eyes. The chips were delicious with proper sea salt put on in perfect amounts and the chicken was wonderfully battered and succulent. Great quality food and a really friendly atmosphere. It's a shame it's not in a more central location like on East street nearby as it'd be a hit, I'm sure. Go visit, you'll love the food

Used to order take away here back in 1998, couldn't believe it is still in business, I miss the chicken noodle.

Went in to get some dinner with some friends at around 6:15, it was quite busy so expected a wait. I ordered first out of my friends and every single one of them got their food before me and they started reading out numbers way past my order number. Went up to ask where my food was and they said they had already given it to me, then when i said that they hadn’t they continued to say that they’d given it to my friend i was with which they hadn’t, they’d given him his own order. They then said there was nothing they could do and said they wouldn’t make my food. After i complained further they said it would be 5 minutes, 10 minutes later i still hadn’t got my food and they started making my same order and giving it to multiple other people, i complained again and they offered and free can of drink and said it would be 5 more minutes, it wasn’t and i was still waiting for a further 10 minutes. Didn’t get given my food until an hour after i’d ordered when my friend said that i’d been waiting an hour to which they made my food then.

Peter talked the good talk prior to my bbq party. He was reliable and did set everything up nicely. Sadly the food he cooked on the bbq was disgraceful. Burnt at best with some even incinerated beyond being edible. Looking at the pics, would you serve that to guests? He did acknowledge I was very unhappy and returned 20% of the total cost that he insisted had to be paid prior to the event. Unfortunately rather than accepting ownership of the mess he made lame justifications to me.

Sam & Sindija are a real credit to the Costa team!! Both always provide a friendly smile, Excellent customer service as well as amazing coffee.

Meet up with some friends for a drink on a Saturday afternoon .This pub has a good atmosphere, plenty of seating areas inside and out with views across to Shoreham. It is definitely worth a visit ,plus you are only a short walk to the beach
