The best restaurants serving Default food in Wavertree Liverpool North West

Our meal was simply delicious ! I had reservations about visiting simply because I'm not really a "grill" type person. However, this was one of the best meals I've had in a very long time . I had the fillet steak and it was cooked perfectly and beautifully tender . I had the pork belly for starters which likewise was delicious and not too fatty (even for pork belly). The hispi cabbage side was yum too. The only dish that was underwhelming was my partner's starter - smoked burrata - we both found it fairly tasteless . As we both love burrata , it was disappointing . That aside, the meal really was excellent and we will definitely return. Very good wine list too.

This a fantastic little place. Gorgeous food and lovely family serving you. Amazing value, Ben a couple of times now and haven't tasted a bad dish on the menu. The meatballs are a particular highlight.

The donner meat here is in a league of its own. Decided to give it a try after reading on Reddit that it's one of the best places for a kebab in Liverpool and it lived up to the hype. You can taste how fresh the donner is straight away, it's completely different to your usual takeaway donner meat. The chilli sauce is amazing but is really quite spicy so be wary, the garlic tahini was also delicious. Well worth a visit if you enjoy a kebab.

Great Italian restaurant , amazing and friendly people, excellent food. Starters were very delicious. Homemade and fresh made pasta was cooked perfectly with lots of flavour. Enjoyed a lot. Unfortunately, had bo space left for the desert. I bet they taste good. On Sunday restaurant offers Sunday Roast deals. Highly recommended to vist.

Not the best pizza. Thick bread with little flavour.

1st time I bought today the cinnamon bun with sweet cream cheese was yummy. It was moist & highly recommended. Am hooked, so next time am passing by will pop in if there are any left !!

Beautiful, central ,friendly hotel

Party of 10 for a double birthday. Cold mezze starters were all delicious, the bread was unreal- like a focaccia with a hint on chilli on top which was great with all the dips and dolmades. The 8 adults got a x2 mixed grill for 4. The platters were huge, all the roasted meats were full of flavour, well seasoned and cooked to perfection. Came with fresh salads and dips, rice, chips and wraps. The man serving us was efficient and friendly. They brought me and my daughter a cake (we brought it from home) and they put a lovely indoor firework on it for us and everyone sang happy birthday. Great prices. Honestly was a faultless birthday meal, we all left full and happy. Deffo recommend.

Went to get breakfast today (menu online says serve bfast til 2pm). Arrived to find they don't open until 3pm most days!! Need to update times on menu. Will try to visit again when it's open, on another day!

We had a fun night with good food, life music and drinks.
