This cafe is a very popular one in the Blagdon estate shopping area called milkhope, it’s a lovely cafe with plenty space, on busy days (pretty much every day) you may have to wait for a table the line does go down fast, & it is worth waiting for. The food is homemade and perfect for lunch. They also sell some locally made produce. I recommend their chocolate cake. But everything they do here is lovely. The staff are extremely friendly.

Scouted the place and walked in. Told the kitchen closed at 5pm. Who eats dinner before 5

Chose this takeaway after reading good reviews big mistake the whole order was the worst we have tried chicken was not breast as stated butter chicken sauce was not right buhna sauce thin tasteless yuk poppadoms were stale not crispy and the chips were definitely reheated from the night before will avoid this takeaway at all cost

Value for money, good friendly service. Would recommend. Look forward to returning in the near future.

Myself, my daughter and husband came here for a late lunch (arrived around 14:30) after going for a family walk, which had made us quite ravenous. We thought it looked like a nice place for a quick pub lunch and due to the time we arrived it didn’t seem to be that busy. However, even though we placed our order quite quickly after arriving, it took a total of forty seven minutes for us to receive our food, despite it not being an excessive order. If the pub had been rushed or we ordered more than three simple meals, we’d be more forgiving, but we felt it was unjustified and did not receive any acknowledgment from staff that we had had to wait so long. Once the food came, it was very nice, although my husband’s meal was more lukewarm than hot, which was hard to understand considering how long we’d waited. The atmosphere and decor were what you would expect from this kind of establishment, there were TV’s and game machines. For the price, we would consider coming here again, but at a time where we weren’t so hungry.
