Lovely ice cream, never had a bad flavour

Friendly young male staff, who can't retain information for more and sixty seconds. Manager who is disinterested and visibly irritated by feedback. I live ten minutes from Pickle and Rye, and have visited their restaurant six times since it opened. On 25.08.24, my son and I had returned from a tiring flight, and at 8pm I telephoned Pickle and Rye to place an order: 1 x burger with cheese and lettuce 2 x burger with cheese, onion and lettuce 2 x strawberry milkshakes 1 x fries I arrived at a fully staffed but entirely empty restaurant, to collect at 8:26pm to find that only two burgers had been made. The nice young man agreed to deliver the missing burger to my house when it was cooked. Arriving home, the burger with cheese, onion and lettuce contain no onions. This is an immediate replacement in my book. But it was a takeaway, so despite my astonishment that P&R can't take down an order accurately, we tucked in. The missing cheese burger arrived shortly afterwards, but it contained lettuce and onions, and no cheese. Also a replacement. But we were tired. We then opened the two strawberry milkshakes to find that one was strawberry and the other was chocolate with marshmallows. I threw this down the drain. I emailed the restaurant to tell them of our experience almost two weeks ago, and did not receive a response. So on 02.09.24 I popped in and spoke to the manager. She tried to conceal her irritation at listening to my complaint, and she assured me that she would check the emails and get back to me. A week later, I have heard nothing. I would like a response. Three items on the order were not correct. The order cost over £40.

The first thing I want to say is “wow.” I’ve been to a lot of Nepalese and Indian restaurants, but I haven’t experienced these types of authentic flavors with the right amount of spice. The ambiance at Annapurna Nepalese Restaurant is superb, with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff is incredibly responsive and attentive, ensuring that every need is met promptly. I tried a couple of dishes there: the chicken was amazing, tender, and perfectly cooked, and the fluffy garlic naan bread was rich in taste. The highlight, however, was the momo, which truly represents its luxury in taste, paired with an amazing dip. Additionally, the presentation of the food was excellent, adding to the overall dining experience. Annapurna Nepalese Restaurant is a gem for anyone looking to enjoy authentic Nepalese cuisine with top-notch service.

Delicious food! Couldn't fault anything, great choice of vegetarian and vegan food of great quality. Would definitely reccomend a visit if you are in th erea.

There were 6 of us, including 2 children, and experience was great. Quiet atmosphere, very nice service and food.

Stumbled upon this place when heading to our hotel. Staff were super friendly and the food lovely. They reserved a table for breakfast the next day for us, being very accomodating. To top it off the food was lovely.

Rosa's was our go-to cafe when we were living in Mortlake. Rosa and Karolina are such warm, friendly people and were so good with our daughters too. The coffee is fantastic, as are the pastries. We will drop-in for sure next time we're in the area

Cannot fault this restaurant, welcoming, polite, great food and great service. Mother's Day lunch which was a real treat. Thank you. We will be back!

It s nice chilled place, the price of food is reasonable but we had the impression that the the Lady running it preferred her "locals" over us.

The records are amazing they can get most records in speedy Time I’ve been there multiple times and they have never failed defo recommend

I've dined here many times, and the food and service are always outstanding. The dishes are consistently flavorful and delicious, and the interior is both beautiful and peaceful. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They also offer delivery, which is fast and maintains the same high quality as dining in. I absolutely recommend La Bagh, it's the best Indian food you'll find in the area.
