The best restaurants serving Default food in Garden Suburb Barnet London

Creo que este lugar ha sido cerrado por Barnet Consejo por la forma que consiguió su cocina, pero no antes del tiempo. El cocinero fuma al lado de la ventana de la cocina y el hedor de los residuos comida desde el día antes se impregna alrededor del edificio. Pedí llevar ... porque me lo recomendaron ... pero un mal estómago y nunca ir allí de nuevo.

en diciembre de 2013 este restaurante ha cerrado y cerrado el negocio. No puedo decir que estoy en absoluto me sorprendió; yo vivo a unos cuantos metros y pasa por un muy regular. siempre estaba vacío, el personal no parecía competente y los otros comentarios de los alimentos en Tripadvisor fueron más que desabrida.

Disappointing cakes very heavy american style not at all Belgian/ french style ...the coffee was ok I would avoid the cakes though!

Entró al café para almorzar. ¡Gasté 50 libras en 2 aguas, 3 sandwiches y 1 tazón de papas fritas! La comida tardó de 35 a 40 minutos en llegar y cuando llegó mi “club de pollo y tocino” apenas tenía pollo o tocino dentro. Definitivamente no volvería a comer aquí

I am writing to raise a complaint about the service I received during my visit on Thursday, 15th May 2025 at around 2:00 PM as I couldn't find an email to write to. I came for lunch with two friends as we often do and unfortunately, our experience was spoiled by the unacceptable attitude of a staff member. We each ordered soup, something we always look forward to, especially when served with your usual accompaniments of toasted seeds, chilli, fresh bread, and butter. However, the woman serving us was rude and unhelpful from the start. When the first soup was ready, she simply held it just past the counter on her side without making any attempt to pass it over properly. I had to struggle to reach it myself, and instead of helping, she looked at me and commented, “Well, my arms are short,” which was completely unnecessary and quite rude. Later, I asked for some toasted seeds, as the bowl was empty. She said, “Help yourself.” I explained that the bowl was empty, as she could see it herself, and she replied, “Yes, then it's finished,” without any effort to assist. I asked if she could bring some more from the kitchen, and after making a face, she went out the back and returned less than a minute later saying it would take 20 minutes for more seeds as they had to be toasted. Again, there was no apology or effort to offer an alternative, just a dismissive attitude as if I was being unreasonable for even asking. This entire interaction felt dismissive and unnecessarily unpleasant. We visit regularly usually once a week and have always appreciated the warm atmosphere and quality service. This staff member’s attitude was completely out of line with the standards we’ve come to expect. When I asked for her name, she refused to provide it, but I trust that management can identify who was working at that time. I sincerely hope this is followed up and addressed, as this person’s attitude reflects poorly on your otherwise lovely establishment. Pedimos una comida para llevar de Spice Zone un sábado por la noche. Tienen entrega gratuita en un radio de cuatro millas, para pedidos superiores a 10. Eso es bueno, pero me dijeron que tomaría 45 minutos y nosotros 7 una hora y cuarto. Siendo vegetarianos, pedimos paneer Korma y Paneer Dupiaza. Las salsas fueron lo suficientemente agradables, pero hemos tenido mucho más agradable paneer. El bhaji de cebolla estaban recocidos, nada crujientes. El arroz con cebolla estaba muy bueno. El pan naan no es especial. No recomendaríamos este lugar

Mientras que la mujer detrás del mostrador era amable y servicial, como otros críticos me pareció que el hombre que trabaja en el piso brusco rayano en la grosería. Pero de alguna manera no me importó ya que parecía parte del carácter único del lugar. Piense en ello como una experiencia emergente en lugar de una carrera del café del molino y se vuelve intrigante en lugar de molesto y la grosería parece casi divertida. Más importante aún, el plato de berenjena asada que tuve estaba realmente delicioso. Definitivamente volveré y probaré otra cosa.
