My friend and I had lunch here, my bagel was hard abd tasteless. My friend had to wait 30 minutes for a cappuccino. She went to check on her coffee after we ate and nobody knew about itso she had to go back to the counter 3 times! before she got her cappuccino. Come on, this is basic!
