Excellent ! The best Italian food for miles around. Not pizza or pasta, but real quality Italian cuisine. Lovely environment and good service. Home-made venison pate, Lobster thermidor and wonderful desserts to mention but a few. Their Christmas menu is amazing - can't wait!

never been before but will make a return, very easy to see why the court house were winners of the 4 in a bed show, got chatting to the very friendly owner and we were made to feel very welcome.

It is difficult to review this place as I have never found it open. I did ring one time last year to book a table and had to leave a message on their answering service and I am still waiting for a response. I have heard that it serves good food and it did have a lovely open fire and a cosy atmosphere There is plenty of parking. I was once called The Snooty Fox and has had several changes of name is the past few years.

We used to order from mikes quite a lot as it was local, good value for money and good quality of food. But the last couple of times has been disappointing. Lamb kebab was really chewy Cod bites have gone up in price and halved in size. Paid extra for extra cheese on the chips but still were not that cheesy. Garlic mayo just tasted of mayonnaise. I have tried to contact them and had no response so we won’t be ordering from there again.

We have been here a few times and always enjoyed it. The food portions are large and well cooked. The staff are friendly & helpful

Amazingly tasty dishes, that were all well timed & delivered by a very friendly service. The place it's kept clean and tidy, I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to dine out. Very reasonable in pricing for the fine quality of food given. Easily the best place for Currys in the area. Been local for 25+ years. Go here! - JIIM (@jiim_music)

Lovely pub, lovely staff, the food was very nice and amazing value for money, we are local and will definitely be back.

Had a chicken curry,, and bread and butter pudding, both very tasty and plentiful,, lovel seroundings, good car park.

Wow. Lamb Roast was unreal. We paid extra for some cauliflower cheese, plenty to share between 2, it was soooo yummy. Yorkies and veg were all fresh and fairly portioned. We managed to eat everything but was stuffed! Can’t believe this gem is down the road from us and this is the first time we’ve visited after a friends recommendation. Will definitely be back!!!

A good selection of sandwiches & cakes, & not the cheapest place. A BIG thumbs down as it is CARD only, hence the 1 star rating. We should always have the option of cash!! I will not be returning!!
