The best restaurants serving Default food in Sutton Suffolk Coastal East of England

The service was excellent. The food was so good. We had the chicken with tostones and calamari for appetizers. Their salmon over tortilla n green salad was very good.

Got a takeaway Cappucino, sausage roll and biscuits for the dog🤣. The sausage roll is exceptionally good👌🌟🌟. Coffee is great too. The Jack Russell enjoyed his biscuits, plus a bit of my sausage roll🙄😅. Service was prompt, efficient and polite. Totally recommend.

A very peaceful and well kept site with good facilities. A great place from which to explore the area, which itself is quite beautiful.

Staying locally for a few days we do have our tried and tested favourite places to eat, but we always try to find different ones for a change. Checking online The Sorrell Horse was only a short drive away and so we booked in advance by phone with a man who came across straight away as friendly and welcoming. On arrival straight away you could feel the friendly vibe. The pub/restaurant is very clean and the Landlord and his one assistant worked very hard whilst at same time providing a homely feel. A great choice of ales on offer and all at very good prices. The menu provided good options of British food and coming from an area that does not provide it o was chuffed to see Rock Eel on the menu, I just had to have it and was not disappointed. Portions are plentiful so I shared a Belgium waffle with two scooped of ice cream / caramel sauce for dessert. A really enjoyable evening of food and hospitality… we will return again. Boy is of the evening was the lighting of a VE 80 years beacon at the rear of the pub. Great atmosphere

Lovely little place in the village.

Fabulous experience. The tasting menu is a delightful wander through 7 or 8 courses of deliciousness. Completely flexible for vegetarian and pescatarian as well as a beautiful beef dish for the carnivores. Atmosphere was lovely and relaxed despite the fine dining quality and style of food. The food was really good value - and also accessible and recognisable. Not always the case with fine dining! Waiting staff and maitre d' all delightful. We will be back!!

Super friendly staff and delicious meal Fantastic location and view Delicious roast dinner made all the more special by the friendly attentive staff. Bradley made sure we had water and glasses and checked we were happy with our table . Emily was serving tables for the first time and was absolutely brilliant , friendly and smiling and could not have been more helpful. It really was service with a smile and it makes such a difference to a meal out when the staff are so friendly and helpful
