The best restaurants serving Default food in Newnham Cambridge East of England

Fantastic spot! Incredible people, lovely food and drinks. It’s busy, but will get quieter over summer after the student exodus, so highly recommend coming July/August

The restaurant was busy. I definitely recommend you book. We arrived early, though our table was ready we elected to have a drink in the bar while we perused the menu. Sat next the water mill. Lovely sight. Food was good, as was the service.

Small but very cozy Thai restaurant, very authentic and delicious, at pretty decent prices. The wait is never long, and the food always come hot and fresh. Can be quite crowded so come early.

Delicious and reasonably-priced, vegetarian-friendly food! Not to mention the lovely staff!!

Después de visitar eventos foodpark muchas veces nunca estoy decepcionado con la cola y la calidad de la comida increíble y bebidas. El mercado nocturno está en una ubicación estupenda, fácil de llegar y crea un fantástico ambiente relajado - llueva o truene. Siempre hay muchas variedades de comida creativa y camionetas, con algo para todo el mundo, y aún tengo que encontrar uno que no me gusta! No tengo ningún problema en absoluto con colas y esperando cuando todo está recién preparado (en una furgoneta no menos! Como delicioso como) y lo es! Mi otra mitad y yo tuvimos un tiempo estupendo aquí encontrarse con amigos y disfrutar de una noche llena de comida, bebida y diversión. Mantener los mercados de noche y increíble trabajo equipo foodPark! :)

DO NOT buy their mug. The colour and look are nice. It is expenses (£25) and useless. It leaks all the time. It cannot keep hot drinks for long. Whenever you put drinks in and carry it around, it leaks. My bag and my pocket of my clothes are all wet because of it. Recently I used it in my house as a cup before bed time. Unfortunately, it ruins my bedside table too. Really should bin it.

Extremely friendly staff that would go above and beyond for us all! Great value for drinks! Highly recommend this place. And if you're a rock fan, then I highly recommend you to have a look at the Pink Floyd Legacy and pictures all around the building! Really decent dishes! Highly recommend to try the Shepherd's Pie! My friend who had the Fish and chips said it was amazing and seemed quite big!

Came with a group of six for Sunday lunch. The place was quite busy but there is zero service or attention when you arrive - we found our reserved table ourselves and then figured out it was a question of ordering at the bar or via an app. It took well over an hour from submitting our order on the app to getting our main courses (two of the party had starters which came around the 30 min mark). The food was mostly OK but the Sunday roast beef was really disappointing - more like school dinners than gastropub. Sure it is a nice pub for a drink by the river, but wish we'd gone somewhere else for Sunday lunch!

Great relaxed family pub, easy atmosphere, really nice staff and best Pizza I have had in a while ... strongly recommend.

Awful pricing - £10 for a toasted tea cake and cup of tea. Atmosphere OK, but that really is the only thing in its favour.

Lost in the wilds of Cambridgeshire new science buildings is an excellent restaurant. We came for the second time with an inexpected group of 16 from the department of material sciences Tashi and her colleagues were run off their feet but never stopped smiling The food as requested arrived quickly. Hot asian and tasty at 50% of london prices. Good reasonable wine list. A find!
