The best restaurants serving Chinese food in North Wales

We are staying in Rhoscolyn, about4/5 miles from Holyhead and wanted a Chinese take away. Going on local recommendations we chose Green Island. I rang the the night before we arrived and asked if they would deliver to us The very polite lady that I spoke to didn't know our address but said that the driver would so we ordered. The meal arrived on time, was hot and delicious. The driver was also so polite and friendly. It was really good value for the money with large portions . Highly recommended.

Absolutely fabulous shop with very helpful staff, if you like Chinese/Thai food and you like to cook then pay it a visit.

Best takeaway I've ever had. We ordered a selection of the chef specials and were not disappointed. The food was delicious. Will be ordering from here regularly from now on. It was refreshing to try something new that tasted so good. Exceeded expectations. Tasted fresh!

He estado aquí un par de veces a lo largo de los años o sentado o para llevar. Pero las últimas visitas han sido decepcionantes (tanto sentarse como llevar). De todos modos, decidimos darle otra oportunidad a este lugar. No pedimos comida para llevar a menudo, así que decidimos anoche como un regalo pedir una comida para llevar. Por lo que pagamos (alrededor de £ 40 ) , no obtuvimos mucho en comparación con lo que hemos sido en el pasado. Todo lo que tenemos es esta pequeña bolsa para llevar. Cuando llegamos a casa, nos dimos cuenta de que parte del pedido estaba mal. Pedimos carne crujiente y lo que comimos fue carne en una especie de salsa de frijoles negros. No queríamos la molestia de volver ya que es un viaje para llegar allí, y ya que se estaba haciendo tarde (alrededor de las 7 pm en este punto). Cuando probamos la comida, incluso entonces la comida era demasiado salada. La carne de res (se supone que es crujiente, pero no) especialmente era demasiado salada y no agrego sal a mi comida. Esto significaba que realmente no podía saborear el sabor de la comida debido a demasiada sal. Personalmente, no volveré a pedir ni a comer desde aquí. Anoche decidí darles otra oportunidad, pero me decepcionó. Incluso cuando comimos aquí hace un rato, siempre agregan demasiado cilantro a prácticamente cada plato que comimos, que me sabe a jabón (las bolitas no el cilantro fresco). Tengo que señalar que el personal es muy agradable y educado aquí. No hay nada malo con el servicio, solo la comida.

Our first visit to East restaurant yesterday, and what a lovely culinary experience. The food was amazing and the staff were so attentive and friendly. My two teenage boys have not stopped talking about it today....loved it!

Tops is now closed but a sign on the door says they will be reopening when another suitable site has been found in or around Craig-y- Don. Anybody know if they have found anywhere yet?

Had a chicken fried rice on Sunday , absolutely disgusting, £7.50 thrown in the bin

Have been going here since it opened. However, had a meal last night for 3 cost £40. Quality of food and portion sizes has deteriorated over the last years or so. Beef curry three years ago was one of the best I have had, last night is was not the same meal. You need to go back to the standard that you had when you opened or we will be looking for a new takeaway!
