The best restaurants serving Chinese food in North Wales

Food was excellent. Freshly made and hot upon collection. Portion size was good as were prices. Remember to take cash as no card facilities.

Always greeted with a smile Service is quick, even when busy , which they always seem to be. Food is excellent, I recommend the spare ribs and the fish and chips are always fresh and good portions

Shame that I am having to write this review as this used to be a fantastic chippy but clearly in the recent years it has drastically gone downhill. For starters, all food is cooked in the back even though there are fryers at the front of the shop, which seems like you are trying to hide something. Ordered Fish and chips which was edible but chips were definitely frozen and not your usual chippy chips. Not sure what the fish was, didn’t taste like cod or haddock and that was definitely frozen too. Thought it would have been fresh considering the wait. Also didn’t offer salt and vinegar which was very unusual.

Tuve una Nochevieja para llevar. La comida era muy buena relación calidad-precio. Grandes porciones. El curry de langostino estaba cargado de gambas y las patatas fritas eran preciosas. Definitivamente volveré allí.

Amazing food as usual, can't fault it. We use this take away a lot as we have a caravan nearby. Always ready on time & piping hot. 5 ⭐

On holiday and ordered from here told us 30 min was actually over an hour . Noodles were tasteless the rest of the food everyone said was ok but one of our group got food poisoning which is less than ideal on holiday

This has just been taken over and is now called Lucky Phoenix. I am a truck driver who passes by and regularly stops in the village for food. Since the new owners have taken over, in my opinion it’s not good. Won’t ever stop again.(Steve you are solely missed)

Absolutely amazing tasting food. Never had an issue. Won’t go anywhere else. Always know who we are when we call and collect. Really happy friendly staff. Keep doing what you’re doing!! Amazing!! Best Chinese food around!!

Our first takeaway from here last night and it was excellent, can't fault any of the food it was delicious, we will definitely return, thank you 😊

We ordered a ‘take away’ & collected it. Pretty much the only decent thing about it was that the meal was ready on time. We ordered a banquet for 2 plus extras as there were three of us dining. If you’re going to provide tiny portion sizes at least make sure that the quality is good!! All I’m going to say at this juncture is that the crispy duck (crispy duck with pancakes) was just like it had been deep fried yuck - I don’t even care that the portion was small, but make it decent. As for the crispy chilli beef 😂 tough, tough, tough, joke. There’s more, but what’s the point. Maybe they had a bad day at the office ‘restaurant’, who knows, but at my expense as it wasn’t even cheap - I will certainly not be visiting any time soon.

The most friendly an honest people could ever meet, I had left my phone in there and hadn't realised till hrs later ,when rang the lady had answered an reassured my phone was safe ,once collected they refused a tip off me an was so caring, beside the drama loosing my phone me an my parter both had sausage and chips with me having gravy and my partner having curry to go with it with out doubt the best chippy tea we have with had for many years ,only had it a couple times but will be returing many more times

Best spicy chips ever. Always worth ringing ahead as it’s always busy but that just shows how in demand the food is! Staff are fab behind the counter and prices are reasonable.
