Best Chinese in Wrexham hands down. I have never had a bad meal here.

Wow, recently found this Chinese. It’s really amazing and so tasty. Friendly and cash only. Wish you could pay by tap tap… Still excellent

Great fish and chips if you're in the pentrebroughton or Brymbo area I'd go here. Family owned and lovely people. Been going there forever. Also a bus stop is close by

Extremely rude lady that serves food , found a deep fried bluebottle in our food and was told that can’t be helped due to the weather ! Was offered another bag of chips but the thought repulsed me as once found we couldn’t eat any of the food , so was a total waste of £40 . The attitude on her was vile when I went back with the bluebottle in a bag . Proceeded to scream at me ( I didn’t ask for a deep fried bug in our food ) just blamed the weather . This lady needs to take lessons in customer service it’s a wonder she hasn’t blown a fuse the way she jumps around . We will never use this filthy place again

Absolutely vile. Found a deep fried blue bottle inside my meal, although that was gross it did taste better than the actual food

Absolutely love Hong Kong ocean !!! Stunning Chinese and English meals !!! The lemon chicken is to die for along with the chicken curry or beef with green peppers and black bean sauce. The salt and pepper chips are out of this world. Portions are extremely generous and perfectly cooked. Really friendly staff pleasant to speak to. And phenomenally quick service !!! Well done hong kong ocean for all the years of fantastic service hopefully there will be many more to come 😁

Always great food and happy friendly staff.

Ordered fish, chips, jumbo sausage and curry sauce. The fish was greasy, batter wasn’t crispy and fish was really overcooked, like eating cotton wool. The sausage was awful, not like proper chippy sausage, no meat in it just full of god knows what? and curry sauce was so runny and sweet with one sultana in it 🤮. Some of the chips were really overcooked (dark brown) Couldn’t eat it, it all went in the bin. It’s a cheap takeaway for a reason. That said, it was really busy with Chinese takeaway orders, they must be better than the English takeaway food?

English food is disgusting think we have had food poisoning ,food seemed under cooked so only eat a small amount and been ill for the last 5 hours ,will never purchase from there again. Will stick to home cooking its nicer and safer..

Only recently stumbled across this place and I am so glad I did...food is so good and huge portion sizes...freshly cooked and home made chips. Prices are really good also and service is professional...I live 8 miles away but I'm more than prepared to travel and by pass the other takeaways to come here...no complaints whatsoever apart from my waistline is getting bigger ...

The best Chinese in Wrexham. Used to have from here when I was around 13. The food quality and quantity hasn't decreased. The prices have barely risen unlike other places. Haven't had from here in a very long time since moving to Stoke so when we visit we'll be coming here each time. We get enough to feed 4 people on £20. The portion sizes are enough to go around, I can never finish a full dish by myself. I highly recommend the chicken chow mein, chicken balls and the chicken and ham rolls. Nice big pieces of chicken inside the chicken balls, they do not scrimp on the portions. I'd say it's best to do a telephone order as when busy they don't accept orders at the door. Never got our order wrong considering I add different veg to the chow mein and take out some veg. Or wanting it cooked in a different sauce. That's also talking for the last 10 years!

The best Chinese by far. Always friendly and quick service. Chicken satay is amazing - absolute favourite.

Had a takeaway last Friday. Picked it up late as I got lost. Food was still piping hot when we sat down to eat. Good flavoursome food all round. Will use again.

Lovely food. Normally one bag of chips is enough for 2 so if you fancey chips and rice get one meal with rice the other with chips. Staff are brilliant.

Ordered special Kung Po, special chop suey, Fried rice and crispy chilli beef over the phone. The meals were a generous portion, well cooked and very tasty. Can honestly say it is one of the best Chinese in the area and highly recommend.

Try to order a take away and placed me order and as she didn't understand me she said time is up and slammed the phone down on me, shocking dont deserve customers

Best Chinese in Wrexham. I had the crispy duck and it was so so good. My wife and kids had the vegetable chow mein and chicken balls with sweet and sour sauce. I've tried other chinese restaurants in Wrexham, most are good, one was terrible but this place is great. The portions were a very good size, the duck was crispy but juicy at the same time and unlike another restaurant I've been to, the food looked delicious in the takeaway containers and not just a mush. Would have taken photos but just had to dive in it was that good. Definitely will be going back

Excellent take away. The food is always good. The service Swift and polite. It is best to phone through your order especially at popular times as they get very busy.

What a rude woman! Because I asked her how long the food would be she started shouting at me, she went into the kitchen and was shouting in Chinese at her husband, I presume it was about me because she wasn't happy that I had asked how long the food would be. She came back out to the counter and gave me my money back and asked me to leave. This woman has got anger management issues!

I tried to make an order , Explained my son Had a peanut allergy so coukd they please use caution , and yes I’m aware they cannot gaurentee no cross contamination , but after using this place for many years , I’m unhappy at being spoken too in such a rude manner and being spoken over constantly As a 21 year old he should not be discriminated against , and most other restaurants are aware that allergy suffers are part of there client base Extremley Poor customer service concluded with having the phone put down on me Will never use again

The girl on the front of house working her socks off the food is brill but they need some one to answer the phone having a full shop is good but when they walk out the door is time to take note hopefully they can sort it but great fòod
