Lovely food nice people on the counter, nowhere to sit while you wait for your food and you can't pay by card last time I checked.

Very poor customer service. Went into the shop to place an order (was happy to wait my turn) and the customer service was non existent. The staff were not welcoming at all, they made it obvious that they didn’t want anyone in the shop and that there was an ordering system for customers who call the shop but not for passing trade. They only had digital menus available through QR. There was no where to sit, the ladies behind the counter were rude when I asked to place an order. I was told that they only take orders over the phone!? So I’d have to leave the shop and call them from outside but I couldn’t just tell them face to face. I’ve never heard of anything so ridiculous in my life. Has the world lost the plot since COVID 19. Would never try and place an order again. I Went to Fongs garden instead - lovely food and very good customer service. Would highly recommend ⭐️

Called here tonight first time in a long time. To be rudely greeted by a lady saying name. I replied with I haven't ordered she huffed an puffed an said only telephone orders. Shambles of a place an rude staff will not be returning!!

Ate here recently for the first time in years, having been put off back then by the slimey chicken and general lack of taste. Nothing has changed. Ended up picking the chicken out as it was quite frankly, horrid. The dish, Chicken and Cashew, was runny, stuffed full of uncooked onions and carrots and was just dull. The noodles, basically cooked and then must have been shown a bottle of soy sauce, but not actually given any. Never had such a disappointing Chinese. Back to China China from now on.

Tried to order from at the counter of the actual restaurant, was told no I had to phone in??? What's going on here? You do know the rest of the world has moved on from COVID? that was the point of vaccinations and Wales figures are no better than anywhere else in the UK and certainly not Scotland where everything is running as normal, if a customer is in the shop anyway how does it not make sense to take an order? You must want your business to fail.

After years an years of coming to this Chinese, I wouldn't go anywhere else, lovely food and friendly staff

Three weeks in a row we have tried to phone in an order but phone permanently engaged. So decided to just go and order in person. Waited in a queue outside the shop. Once in he wouldn't take my order as said we had to phone it in and he couldn't take our order???? How can you order if you can't get through on the phone????

Excellent food only one in one out but really fast large portions friendly staff recommended that you ring your order before arriving

This take away is my usual choice. However, my Singapore noodles with prawns was dissapointing this time - only 4-5 tiny prawns. Will have to try it again, I hope it was a one off.

I usually stay away from Chinese take way but choose to go here last Sunday and were not disappointed The food was very good and tasty. We were not disappoint driving for 30 mins to get there.

Best Chinese takeaway in Wrexham. Have tried many others (on Tuesdays when rainbow house is closed) but none of them match rainbow house! Consistently good Chinese food every time! Well worth the drive into wrexham

I live in Wrexham, and Rainbow House is the other side of the town from where I live, but we think it is worth the journey. We have been frequenting this takeaway for over 20 years and have tasted all sorts of food from there, and they have all been delicious.

Can’t fault the food lately! It’s spot on! One off the best chineses in Wrexham at the moment! Highly recommended

Rainbow house has been my No1 "go to" Chinese takeaway for as long as I can remember. I have tried many other Chinese takeaways (on odd Tuesday when rainbow house is closed 😂) & none of them are as nice as rainbow house! I've ordered from rainbow house MANY MANY times & I've never once had any issues. The food is ALWAYS hot! My order is ALWAYS correct! Nothing is EVER missing from my order & the food is ALWAYS delicious! It's the Best Chinese takeaway in Wrexham in my opinion 😊

The Chinese we usually use as let us down several times so decided to try something different, and we are so glad that we did Rainbow house was very very good lovely staff and everything we had was very tasty,will definitely use this from now on.

spring roll was lovely . also the special.curry was lovely. as for the fried rice.... it wasvery chewy and quite hard shame as it spoiled the meal

Love the chicken curry. Prices going up this year so maybe a little more expensive than others around.

Lovely food, we always enjoy all of their food but their duck (with pancakes) lets it down. This is the best Chinese except their duck, it is the worst of any Chinese we have tried. You have to shred it yourself and it is always very fatty and small and you end up with hardly any meat compared to other Chinese takeaways and restaurants. Please change your supplier.

I go back to this take away time and again. The service is always friendly and polite, they really make you feel welcome. The food is really good and not just on certain nights like with other take outs, all the time.

Obviamente distintos dueños. Como Iv parecía en tripadvisor de estómago todo el tiempo. ir. en otro lugar.. Y cuidado con qué desperdicio de dinero... que haber comprado una comida preparada para una libra de Asda... Habría Bn mejor

Just called here for a chicken curry and rice , I had 3 pieces of chicken one which had a big bone it it and the other 2 bits were gristle so basically I ended up with a plate full of onions in curry sauce which ended up in the bin ...... Don't buy food from here

If you want the best chinese takeaway food in Wrexham then you're going to the right place. The food never fails to leave me hungry and always meets my desires and expectations.The staff are also very kind and considerate and always have smiles on their faces.The bonus side is when you spend over certain amounts of cash you get free sides A 5 star review for a 5 star establishment.

Rainbow House is a great value for money Chines Take Away which has been establish in Wrexham for many years. We do not go regularly but each time we have been we have found service to be quick and friendly and food to be above average for the area. I particularly enjoy the Chow Mein and Fried Rice dishes. Good value for money overall

Food is the best Chinese food I've ever had from anywhere. Have been having Chinese food from here for years. Wouldn't go anywhere else. It really is THAT nice!!
