The best restaurants serving Chinese food in Liverpool North West

A pesar de no ser aficionada a este tipo de comida, a mí familia le encantó.. sabores intensos y comida elaborada..gran cantidad en los platos de ramen y los de noodles. Comida aparte mente casera. Me llamó la atención que estaban limpiando constantemente las cartas, las mesas, los baños. Aunque el local no es gran cosa me parecio muy decente.

This was our second time visiting LuBan for bottomless brunch. This time was to celebrate mine and my partner’s engagement! We absolutely love it here, service is always impeccable. Special mention to Kayleigh (I think that’s her name) the host. A beautiful warm welcome and checked we were okay throughout. All servers were quick to get us another drink and even the manager (I think) was waiting on tables and delivering drinks! Was really nice to see! The food was to die for and the drinks, AMAZING! The ‘sweet not sour’ cocktail is to die for! We finished up our food early and a big table came and sat by us, the waitress seen it was getting loud and offered us to use our remaining time by the bar, which we did. The 3 bar men were lovely, making drinks and having a laugh was just lovely to see. Kayleigh again couldn’t do enough for us and when we told her we were celebrating our engagement she treated us to a free shot. We already can’t wait to come back! Thank you LuBan and your staff on 4/11 for making our special dinner even more memorable!

5 of us dined and we all enjoyed the food, however the service was not quite up to scratch. When we arrived at 6.40, 5 mins early, the restaurant was very busy, however the waiting-on staff should have approached us earlier than the 30 minutes it took them. When they finally arrived, they took the drinks and food order together. 4 of us ordered a banquet and 1 a starter and mains. The drinks arrived quickly apart from the jug of water, which I had to request twice. The banquet starters arrived but the single starter didn't. It was finally served with the mains. The portions were just enough, no more, no less, so no waste. When you book a table you'll be asked to pay a deposit. I said on the night "I bet they don't deduct the deposit from the bill and sure enough I was correct. Nice atmosphere but the aforementioned service issues affected the size of the tip we left.

Went here with friends for a pre booked table for lunch. Downstairs looked lovely and had a great feel to it, however we were dumped upstairs in what I can only describe as a works canteen. Tables were dressed in cheap paper table cloths, a fork and spoon on a cheap napkin and dirty menus just dumped in the middle of the table. Starters of soup and spring rolls were good but no prawn crackers ??? Main courses were bland and over cooked and looked awful before we even tried them. Staff were totally not interested in our table at all, one was rolling his eyes when we were trying to order, no one asked if we wanted more drinks, no water on the table, in fact they could not have made it clearer that they wanted us to eat up and ship out. Save your money and eats elsewhere.

Friendly staff & tasty delicious food, king prawns were awesome.

this was recommended by a neighbour and we weren't disappointed. Turned up at the Chinese Take away and ordered at the counter within a minute. Clearly they were busy with telephone orders but received my Chinese meal etc in less than 15mins. Would certainly visit again.

mak's kitchen is a very small little family run business that you could easily walk past. i went to the one on rose lane a few weeks ago an it was very posh looking but overprices and the food very basic. i had parked my car by this little takeway s decided to try her and WOW it was briliant. i got so much food for £21 and it was asoutely delicious. you must give it a try and you wll see what i mean. would NEVER go anywhere else.

Always go to this chippy before the matches at Anfield. Staff are great and quick at serving you. Food is great, especially the sausage, chips and curry or the fish and chips. Reasonably priced as well.

Not only is this a Chinese supermarket - chaotic and well stocked - but it is a Chinese food court offering a range of fresh and flavourful Chinese staples quickly and at low prices. From the first stall which sells a wide range of meals, including staples like sweet and sour chicken and lots of noodles, next to the dim sum stall serving siu mai, har gau and massive plates of wonton in chilli sauce, you move on to get jian bing (Chinese pancakes) then congee and bibimbap and finally to the hot pot stall with a massive choice of meats, vegetables and delicacies to put in the boiling broth - a warning medium hot is probably too spicy for most so perhaps you should ask for mild! There is a row of slim tables and high stools at which you can sit to eat your food - mostly populated by Chinese students confirming how like the back streets of Guangzhou or Hong Knog this experience is. It's a bit addictive!

We usually go to the Smithdown road but visited Hanover restaurant today . Seen Rachel in both restaurants and Rachel was amazing and friendly as always . Made to feel welcome straight away and Rachel always makes us smile . My little girl always wants to visit Maggie Fu specifically to see Rachel . Thankyou so much and see you again soon ,

Bought two portions of barbecued ribs tonight they were absolutely appalling , they were that bad I wouldn’t of give them to a hungry dog , I eat two ribs and put the rest in the bin,I’ll never use this chippy again.

Where do I start? Absolutely amazing dim sum! I was so enamoured by the delicious food... I forgot to take a pictures of our main dishes! Plus they do take out! Cocktails were also two £14! Had to be same kind, which I was complaining they were absolutely fantastic! 🤩...We came at great time as the was too packed and had a lovely ambience to it...very romantic! Jade our server was absolutely amazing!!! She was soo attentive, and she made sure we got exactly what we wanted! She recommended a few things too... Absolutely love the Pornstar Martini btw 😜...she check on us to make she we 1000% happy and she didn't disappoint! As she was the only server on yesterday afternoon she was like a little superwoman!!! Making different cocktails, taking order, serving food to multiple tables!!! She definitely deserves a promotion!!! Thank you Jade, you've got great customer service!!!! We will be back soon!!! Xx
